Craig Jordan Painless dentistry with humor, friendliness, and high quality! I had an emergency tooth chip and Dr. Bo fit me in for a tooth rebuild with zero notice. I didnt have to deal with it for an extended time. His staff is remarkable, also - I liked them all and they were so professional with me. Thanks to them, Im all caught up on a healthy smile!! If youre hesitant about finding a new dentist, trust me, this ones a keeper!

Peter Yacobellis The most fun Ive ever had at the dentist! Who even notices that youre getting a cleaning with the beautiful view, friendly staff and sweet office dog roaming around. Jacklyn was very considerate to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time.

Colleen Waydick My child’s braces had a loose wire that became problematic on our trip. As we got off the ferry, I called this office and they were very friendly and accommodating. They had us come right over and snipped the wire. Staff and doctor were so nice, gave us advice on what to see and wished us luck on our vacation. I really appreciated their service and this is the kind of office I would go to in a heartbeat we loved there. Small, friendly, clean and organized.

Travis Nash Very friendly and helpful nice change. Even though they didnt take my insurance they offered payment options, and the receptionist was very pleasant. Probably indicative of the kind of care you would get there.

Heather Middleton Receptionist was not helpful at all. Actually quite rude by the time I finally hung up! I called regarding my parents who are in their 80’s. I understand they can not tell me if they are patients there however, my mom has been dealing with chemotherapy and radiation for 5 months now and they got a bill for no show fee. Since he couldn’t tell me if this is the right dentist o asked if he could have billing check into it “if” she’s a patient there and possibly make an exception and remove the fee. He was raising his voice and talking over me. He kept insisting that I was wanting him to tell me if my mom is a patient there. I hope his parents never get old and need help and or get cancer and start losing mental capacity. Horrible person in my opinion!!! If this is in fact their dentist they’ve been going to the same location for 50 years.

Suzanne Trebnick Today I arrived for a cleaning and the office had notified me by phone in Oct the appt was cancelled. Magically, I was able to be seen and then even better, my spouse had his teeth cleaned. Tami, my hygienist, worked very hard to remove plaque. She is the best and no wonder she is booked out so far! The receptionist, Carly was super accommodating. This office knows the definition of customer service!

Steve Ulvi My wife and I have been regulars with Dr Horn and team for at least 13 years. We are older and so have had a lot of issues and dental work over a lifetime. Stuff fails, time wears. If I could award 6 stars I would. Consistent, thoughtful, interactive dental care by Doc and entire team. They have never steered us wrong and work is superb. New partners very good too. His team has also volunteered to assist in the mobile free dentistry.

Bettie Wilde I had several high tech dentist off island really overcharge me and leave me worse than I was. Feeling helpless I went to see Susan and I really felt like she knew more than all of them. After months of pain and agony she was able to figure out what was wrong when the others couldn’t and she was so wonderful about it. She even saw me right away. I’m finally pain free and really feel like I have found someone I can trust to take care of me and I will be bringing my family to see her now too. Seriously I more than recommend her to anyone.
