Blanco Cesar (guss) Great service I loved the skilled barber. At my first visit. The second visit I did not like the fact that he has a couple chairs in the lobby type area, but would rather have them empty and make customers wait on their car. I was waiting for an hour with my 5 year old in the car, but figured it was almost my turn. And the guy barber knowing I was almost next urged me to get out and wait outside, told him my kid was bored but insisted I get out so I just told him Ill leave. Took my business else

Foxhunter87 I came in for a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in. Super profesional and they did an amazing job with my hair. I have a hard time finding a decent place for a hair cut because I have hard to cut hair and usually can’t get it done right but this place nailed it. I will definitely be coming back on the regular.

Justin Garrison Walked in to make an appointment, and the place was deserted except for one gentleman getting a haircut. The lady asked if I had an appointment - I said no, but Id like to make one. She replied that I needed an appointment. Great, we established that. So I asked to make one and was offered Saturday between 10am and 5pm. I asked what time, specifically, and she again told me I needed an appointment. I got frustrated and left. Ill go somewhere else. Maybe allow walk-ins? And train your staff to be more customer savvy. I was getting nowhere with this lady...

Dylan Garcia Great haircut and beard trim, they are very detail oriented and are great at cleaning up the edges with precision. Theyll use razors to give a nice close cut. I did get knicked once, but I have really thick hair, so Im not to concern with it. Will definitely come back again.

Cynthia Smith I’m a 29 year old woman, have never worn makeup correctly, I even use concealer as my full face of makeup. I visited this store wanting to spruce myself up and expand my knowledge, and in comes Christina. I have little to no knowledge of what I need, and she helped me for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. She is by far the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in retail. She not only helped me figure out what I needed for the look I wanted to achieve but she also helped me pick the shade, economic version AND she offered to write down a routine and summary of what we had discussed so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed when I came home with my purchases. I seriously am shocked because I’ve never had someone I just met be so helpful without being pushy and still go above and beyond to help me understand how to use the product. I’m very thankful that Christina was there to help me start my makeup journey and start to love the way I look.

Macey Lynn They helped me find something I thought was out of stock and they didnt mind when I had to pain with coins even though I know its normally a hassle.

Lilly Gogitidze i like ulta but i hate when i specifically walk in longview ulta they watch me like a hawk, offer me a bag as if im being suspicious when im literally only holding one item in my hand lol im not a crackhead i don’t act nor look like one, no need to have 5 workers come up to me asking if i need help. its one thing to do your job its another when im being bugged while trying to shop. i work in retail so i know how youre supposed to watch someone when they’re suspicious but i never walk in undressed, big purse, or with a weird attitude. get off my hip.

S B We had a negative experience at this Ulta on one occasion, otherwise its the usual Ulta experience here. We went to the store an hour before its posted closing time, which we verified at the store as well as online but they were closed. The employees were inside at the counter and the registers and saw us at the closed door and completely ignored us. No one came out to explain why they were closed an hour early or to give any other inflammation or explanation. They basically just watched us stand there scratching our heads and verifying that they were the ones who didnt know what time it was. Personally I would have chosen a different ultra and not going back to this one, but the people I was with did go back a couple days later. It is the usual layout and product selection. Well organized and well staffed. The best thing about Ulta is that there is such a variety of brands and products you can get in one place. Ill choose a different store for future visits, one that abides by the hours they post

Ayla Guerassio I walked through the door and was immediately greeted with a fantastic smile by a woman named Joelle. She asked if I could use some help or be directed to anything in particular. I told her what I needed and I was in shock with how much she knew about all of the different options! She is very knowledgeable and friendly! She’ll be CEO there someday with the way she works and carries herself! Kudos to her!

Kimberly Crittenden Was in the area yesterday and my son decided he wanted to get his haircut. My son has thick curly hair and is super picky about who cuts it he hasnt been happy with his usual barber the last few cuts so he hadnt had it cut in a while. I should have gotten his name but I believe he is fairly new there and a very seasoned barber. Atmosphere was very friendly.My son was so happy with his haircut and asked if we can start going there for now on. Of course we can! a good barber is hard to find. We live in Morton and will be making the drive for now on. Highly recommend this place!!

Kristin Seavers DO NOT go here! I went in for a short pixi cut and he messed up my hair so bad! Literally nothing is blended and my hair is totally chopped up! For 30 plus years in the business this man cannot cut hair. And I cant go get if fixed bc I gave him all the money I had. I had an appointment for 2 and even though the prior customer left 20 minutes before 2 he still made me wait and all he did was sigh for that 15 to 20 minutes. And it is NOT girly to want a decent cut without choppy cut lines all over your head. I showed him a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted and I sure didnt get it. Requested a refund and he hung up on me. In response to his comment..I had to shave my dam head and there are still shave lines in my hair where you messed it up..And being told that coloring my hair will fix a hair cut is absolutely absurd. And if you couldnt do a pixi cut then why the H*LL did you except the job instead of telling me it was beyond you then I would have gone elsewhere. And when I called you asking for a refund you were just RUDE and laughed at me. Not once did you offer to fix what you had done or even offer me even a partial refund. If I just wanted a free hair CUT then why did I go get you the money and come back and pay you bc you neglected to tell me you only except cash when i made the appointment instead of just blowing you off? Everyone that looked at my hair was absolutely appalled. I showed you a paictue of what i wanted you said you could do it so how am I in the wrong here? You should not be allowed to take money when you didnt do the agreed service. I did not want a free haircut, I wanted a good haircut. Shame on you....absolutely unprofessional every way around.

Victor Ruddell I scheduled an appt to get mine and my sons haircut here. I had to wake my son up and get my 7 and 2 year old ready. I called him to let him know I would be about 10 mins late, and asked him if that was okay. He said that was too late, so I asked if I was okay to still get the second appointment at 1:40, which I was going to be on time for. He said "we will see". So I asked him if he could tell me now before I drove all that way for nothing, so he said "fine go home". Extremely rude, I rarely write reviews but I will NEVER get my haircut here.

Serina Graham Student Virginia gave an amazing facial! It was done so well and helped smooth some dryness on my face. I’ve had other facials at Estetica which seemed rushed and not thorough. Virginia took care in the identification process and her massage technique was outstanding. Go see them for you next facial!!

3rd wormzy the “Blah” Go see Kylie for your eyelash needs♥️ I went into the school today expecting to lay on the bed 4-5 hours because the students are learning and this girl got me finished in 2.5 hours and they look incredible! Kylie has a great personality too! I cannot wait until she’s past her 14 sets of lashes and we can go big lol!!!! I’ll definitely be back! So glad we have this option in our town so I can enjoy my lashes without breaking the bank!

jayda rodriguez did not warn my mother that you had to be 18 and up to get ur lashes done. despite telling us that it was okay, another woman came in and had us leave because i was under 18. though we had no previous notice of this.
