Cole Mcgregor Best place in town to get your hair cut. Super friendly people and great atmosphere. Luz, who is the owner, was working at great clips and I would always ask for her. Then one day she quit and no one would tell me where she went. Then, 2 years later, I saw an ad on social media about how she opened up her own shop and I went in and ill never get my hair cut elsewhere ever again. This is the place to go.

Jonathan Rubio Honestamente, went there at 6 pm on a Tuesday afternoon! Didnt even sat down on the waiting chairs cuando they said they where ready! The lady barber( regret not asking her name) who cut my hair did a awesome job! Overall, a great expierence had our laughs! I recommend by "the blade cutz"!

Amanda Shoemaker Aly was amazing! I hadn’t had my eyebrows waxed in 7 years and Aly had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with the best eyebrows I’ve had ever. She was super friendly and skilled.

Marion Wyman Aly does a great job. My lashes look great and lasted well between fills. She has a calm and relaxing room in Eden Salon and is friendly but also professional. I highly recommend her.

Not only was the facial deeply relaxing, but Aly Creates the true European experience through her Products and gentle but powerful working of the skin. Aly, also addresses the lymphatic to bring about nourishment and beauty to the skin.

Leyla Alicia Amazing place for all your beauty care needs ... I just got my hair color and some waiving hair style and looks awesome. Denisse works amazing also with your eyebrows. Quiet place to relax, lots of parking. Clean and organized always. Good energy flowing among team members. Their agenda is flexible if you have any special event. Highly recommended!

Eviscia Ó Mórdha My daughter looks so cute! Denisse did an awesome job with my daughters haircut. She is a very shy girl but is already seeming more confident. Definitely will be back!!

Therisa Alexander I really dont know how to rate this place as I went there to get to get a wax of my eyebrows lip and chin and I dont see very well so when I got home and wash my face there was so much hair left on my chin and you know where your soul patch is and under your smile cease-visible and long hair respectively. Only time I was there, it was a spontaneous stop. I know I wont go there but thats all I can say about my experience.

Jessica Jewell Mailene is my go to girl but Ive never heard a single complaint from someone leaving salon envy. She even worked with my wiggly 2 year old.

Lauri Sloan April...newer Stylist, was awesome. Same day appointment, she was meticulous, awesome color match from KY Salon in Arizona!! Heather the Owner has trained her well and shes definitely an asset. ! Reasonably priced also... BTW; Thank you again for the birthday gift. Other "highly rated" Salons I called in Moses Lake..were snobby, outrageously priced ( it is Moses Lake, not Seattle) or they didnt even answer the phone or respond !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

Shannon Neel From the first time I came here, it felt very welcoming. My stylist is Ali, and she is awesome! She listens to what you want and works with you to make sure youre happy. Heather (the owner) has created an inviting and friendly atmosphere. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you ladies!!

Evelyn Bermudez Ive been going to Emma for some time now for my pedicures and I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience with her. She is very good when it comes down to cleanliness of the salon and her tools. Shes awesome with her designs and works great with kids. My daughter loves to get her nails done with Emma!

Jenn Neff Emma does beautiful nail work and nail art. She takes her time, getting to know each of her clients personally. Now my daughter sees her regularly.

Alejandra Velez I read many of the reviews and looked at photos before choosing this salon. I’m not from the area but needed to get a fill. I ended up having my nails removed because they don’t do dip and opted for gel. Which was fine by me because I didn’t want acrylic. Emma showed me a photo of some nails she had done that were similar to what I was asking for and I was impressed. Then she has a lady that doesn’t know how to do nails take care of me. She spent 20 min trying to find the color I requested. Then she barely applied any of the color. My nails look splotchy and quite frankly like a child did them. I asked for a leaf design which she tried but didn’t turn out well. So she put a sticker on my nails instead. The sticker was bumpy and had air bubbles. Then it came off in the shower and took a huge chunk of polish with it. When I got home I just cried. because I tried to tell her it needed more color. I had pictures and was clear about what I wanted and I even told her I did not like the way they came out. The owner did offer for me to come back in a day or two if I still didn’t like them. I appreciate that offer but they should have been done right the first time not days later. I went back in the next day and asked for a refund as I still have to get my nails fixed. She said she could do a partial refund since they had removed the dip. I said that was fine I was willing to pay for that service. Just not the poor mani I got. All in all I will not go back. The ladies were nice so I’ll give them that.

Charlotte Ballinger I have used soap from Liberate and Lather for years and carried it on my own business! Anytime I try something else my skin reacts, so you can say I’m hooked! Very gentle on my very sensitive skin! I always appreciate creator Angie’s creative scents and chatting with her either at the farmers market or in her adorable workshop!

Heidi Cardin Been using LL products for over 7 years. I especially love the loofah soaps - wonderful for daily in shower foot scrubs. I have sensitive skin and her soaps, lotions, bath oils soothe my skin. Her combination of scents are amazing in all her products. She’s truly an artist and most importantly and wonderful amazing human being.

Ruth Vargas I have tried several products from Liberate and Lather and they are all amazing quality! My favorite ones are the soaps and candles. They look and smell wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Julie M Katie Wilson is my new favorite hair stylist in town. I saw her once for a haircut at her former salon and now shes working at Cappellis. I highly recommend her for a good cut and great customer service. The salon itself is beautiful and I already have my next appointment booked. Katie does exactly what I ask and has done my hair perfect twice now. I have medium/long layered hair and she is helping me keep it healthy without taking too much length so I can grow it even longer :)

Alicia Lamecker UPDATE: They have deleted this review on FB. Thankfully, there are places like this to leave honest reviews that will not compromised. I have been harassed by the daughter of an employee for writing honest facebook review. An employee has also done the same. As a consumer, I should be able to leave an honest review without worrying about retaliation from employees and their family members. Unprofessional yet again. Let me start by saying that I hear great things about this salon, and that I believe my experience was isolated to the stylist I used. I had spent many hours and trips to Spokane to trusted salon to get to the point I was before going to Kelly. I had been a med brown and was transitioning to an icey blonde that would better suit and blend with my gray. My ends were a little warm yet, and she said she could tone down to better blend with my cooler icey tones. After 6 hours, 2 bleaches, 2 high lift colors and 2 tone jobs in two days I ended up with fried, banana yellow with copper patches hair. My ice tones were gone. My hair was solid yellow. And copper. My low-lights were gone. One side had streaks of the copper. Even worst was that the hair I was growing was completely fried. Broken pieces everywhere and looked like brittle sagebrush. She wanted me to come back yet a 3rd time so she could work on it again. At this point I lost trust. My hair was ruined. Luckily I found a salon well known in the community to help me. It was so damaged that all they could do was apply a deposit only toner and cut several inches off. The main reason for writing this is due to how this was handled. Somehow it was my fault and the new salon is responsible for the damage. Not only did I pay for her services, I then had to pay a for my new service to include a deep treatment. It will continue to impact me financially and time for continued services to get its health and color back. I am still finding shards of broken hair. I also had a cut. She cut a little of the back and trimmed a couple layers but left the rest untouched. I rarely write reviews, however what matter most is how a mistake is handled. Leonardo Muñoz First time here, set up an appointment with Edwin. Dude, took his time. Didn’t feel rushed. And pays very close attention to detail. And double checks to make sure everything looks good. Highly recommended

Yanai Zapien Ruiz I don’t know the man’s name who did my son’s cut but he has a beard, he speaks English/Spanish, he was super kind and the hair cut was amazing. He explained the haircut and how to style. We were in & out in 30 minutes. Definitely going back.

Sarah Sutton I dont know why it has taken me so long to post this review! Charlotte and her team are exceptional stylists, incredibly kind and attentive people and the salon is open, relaxing and lovely. Bloom opened just days before the 1st shutdown due to the pandemic and yet has still managed to thrive while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable space. I dont know many business owners as committed to keeping their patrons healthy while still providing excellent service.

Nina Murray Kara did a great job. She is very good at knowing what styles look great. She is very knowledgeable and kind. If your looking for an amazing stylist this is the place to come. All of the stylist here really know what they are doing and will make you feel like a million bucks.

Madison Hilario Alyssa has been doing my brows and lashes for a while now, and I will never go to anyone else. For years, I never trusted anyone but myself when it came to my brows but she has never done me wrong. Norla Hill I had an appointment got there 12 minutes early she was just about done with the current appointment and the Father had wanted a touch up for Sunday service so she did him with my appointment 25 minutes later she took me. The way she wheels her clippers and scissors shes more of a barber than a beautician. I wont be going back!!!
