But when you have a fear… the bad tend to outweigh the good and all you can focus on is the bad. It takes many times to finally overcome the bad experiences. I was referred to Avenue Dental and the person told me that they are awesome with people who have dental trauma. I have never been disappointed! I have had so much work done there. I even opted for a cosmetic procedure that was not necessary for my oral health. I paid out of pocket for this procedure. That is how much I believe in their work! All of the girls there are great. They make me feel like I am important and I never feel ashamed for my fear. I highly recommend trying them out like I did. I promise you will not regret it.

Sam Rima I love Dr. Kerst and Latah Creek Family Dentistry. They are very professional and nice! I really appreciate their promptness - I have never had to wait for an appointment. I initially went as the result of a dental emergency I experienced while overseas, and they immediately got me in to address my painful situation. Since that initial visit, Dr. Kerst has skillfully worked to address dental work that was long overdue and I am now in a much better place in terms of dental health. The assistants and hygienists are also excellent. This is a very well run dental practice and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care - they are fantastic!

He doesnt try to push unnecessary work, but really cares about helping make a long-term plan to help me have beautiful, healthy teeth until Im an ancient old crone. I get great, carrying, and realistic care from him and his team, especially Chandler the hygienist. I know its a jungle of dentists out there, and you want to make an informed choice. william sattelmeyer As I have gotten older, decades-old work on my teeth have been needed to be repaired or replaced. Dr. Metcalf and her team have been exceptional, whatever my dental need. In fact, 5 stars arent enough. There should be another 5 stars for the staff, from the front desk through the dental assistants. I never expect to find a more effective, patient and sensitive dentist or dental team. Oh, and Dr. Metcalf and her staff are not only empathetic, but have a delightful sense of humor. They make visiting the dentist for anything from a cleaning to major dental work as enjoyable as visiting the dentist could ever be.

They seem to have the latest technology to make sure they can do the best job possible. Highly recommend this office, their hygienists and the dentist are all great!

Heather Savick I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Goulet and his amazing team! I have dental anxiety from past poor treatment and they make the process so much better to endure with their gentle approach, kind and caring attitude, and of course the nitrous helps a lot too! I have a very limited annual dental reimbursement and need extensive dental treatment. As a result I have been slowly working on repairing one or two teeth at a time. Today I came in after over a year since my last appointment, developed a plan for what to address, and when Dr. Goulet started working he realized I needed more than what was discussed. After I was done he told me he had to do a lot more than planned and didn’t charge me anything more than what we initially discussed! I was in total disbelief! I cried when I got home when telling my husband about what Dr. Goulet had done for me! I am eternally grateful for his care and kindness! I already tell everyone who needs restorative treatment about Dr. Goulet but will now be shouting it from the rooftops! Dr. Goulet has my business for life!

Mark Harry Happy with Cascade since BEFORE 2009 until today. Agreement not kept by Dr. Doctor would not return phone request. Referred to most expensive loan cost in state. Refused to adequately treat. I can only eat noodles and soft food now. Diabetic cant control on this diet. ADA says this is malpractice to refuse to adequately treat patient in need. Wont ever go back again after all these years of paying AS AGREED and Paid IN FULL.

Brian Millhouser Gisella does fantastic job cleaning and suggesting ways for me to improve. She has fantastic patient rapport. Dr Martin has treated me several times when I was nervous, her calm demeanor and clear explanations of procedures solved any anxiety I was feeling. Dr Walker is a pro. The office folks laugh at my jokes....

Doug Branlund Fantastic office from top to bottom. My treatment was handled promptly and professionally, with an attention to detail I have not experienced at any other dental office. Dr. Poonam is a master of her craft. Alicia the assistant was incredibly welcoming and took incredible care of me. I usually hate the dentist but Alicia kept me calm and level just with her welcoming personality. Tash and Sierra in the front were extremely accommodating, explained my care plan in a way that I completely understood, and I walked out knowing exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. I cannot recommend Aspen Dental on Sprague any higher. 10/10.

Allie Speziale Ive been asked multiple times over email to leave a review. Ive also gotten multiple emails to schedule my treatment now for 25% off but I dont have a treatment plan or estimate. My mom and I had consults to replace missing teeth (she wanted an upper denture and I wanted an implant). Consults were on 3/10. Today is 3/21.. no treatment plan or estimates have been sent to us. I understand that things happen and dealing with insurance can be a nightmare. Honestly though, due to lack of communication (could easily send an email and say "sorry, still working on the estimate"), I will seek treatment elsewhere. The hygienist was absolutely fantastic though. She was kind, quick, and easy to talk to!

Calleigh LaFountaine This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. I have limited mobility in my mouth and the dentist was really good and very considerate about my limitations. She worked with me and made me very comfortable with my exam today. I recommend 100% using this dentist and her office staff was really nice and helpful

A couple of us had really bad anxiety about going in, and all of us needed some work done. This office made us comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. This team is fantastic. They call and check in after we’ve had something done, they listen, they are kind, and accommodating. Unfortunately I’ve had to spend an awful lot of time there but they have made the experience as pleasant as possible and I appreciate each of them so much!

Joe OBrien I had the misfortune of my bridgework fracturing in the night. I was able to get an emergency appointment the very next morning. That happened on a Friday which is the day that Dr. Steins office is closed. He was able to get me in on that very day as well as his assistant Meagan. I had some very big plans/events for the upcoming week and I was very fortunate that we have Dr. Stein and his amazing team. Mirinda was a key player in this as well as she is always taking care of my family! I just feel so appreciative of this team of caring and passionate people who actually care for their patients.
