Rick Carson Upon walking into the office for my initial visit, I was greeted by a most friendly staff. I was actually taken back for x-rays and charting five minutes before my appointment. Normally, in other offices, I have had to wait as much as one hour for the start of my appointment. The front office staff is incredible! Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. Jenny, the dental assistant. was excellent. She took her time, explaining each and every detail and x-ray and was a pleasure to speak with. Then came Dr. Jerry Brown. He is the consummate professional. Well-dressed, educated, kind and exactly the type of person you want as your dentist. I was most impressed with Dr. Brown. At 76 years of age, I can honestly say that this was my best experience in any dental office. While I do not necessarily look forward to returning to any dental office, this is the sole exception. I look forward to going back for all dental concerns.

Jennifer, Twila, and Dr. Sorensen, alongside with the rest of the faculty were warm, welcoming, and very thorough. My teeth feel wonderful and after coming here for the first time, I am glad that I will be staying. I am grateful. Thank you to the team!

Bruce Wilkin The staff and Dr Johnson were very friendly and professional and as a new patient very accommodating. I called them about a couple of issues I was having and they got me in right away. The doctor fixed my problem the next day relieving me of all my discomfort. He is very honest and just there with a compassionate heart to help his patients. William Pellow Yes, I had a nice experience. I came with my wifes step father who is blind and needed to be led. I also had an intro dentist appointment with x-rays. They found some small cavities and will schedule an appointment to take care of them. "Dad" will also have another appointment. He says he had a nice experience too.

Jeannie Norton Friendly competent people from the moment you check in. Sometimes the app to send in pics and communicate was difficult but there have been updates to that and it seems to have improved. While there are adjustments to the different Invisaligners, the pain level was very tolerable.

Kirsten White All of the staff is wonderful and attentive here. They take the time to talk to my kids through everything that is happening and answer any questions they may have. They have made all of their appointments anxiety-free. Would highly recommend!

David Lewis It takes a long time to get certain appointments but they are true to their schedule and get you in when they are supposed to. They offer sliding payment schedule based on your income. They accept most dental insurance. If you have no insurance you get a 10 per cent discount if you pay your bill the day of the service

Mary Hilkey Never waited so long for front Dental partial in 30 years since car accident that killed my dad. Been trying to do all the filings they want they say insurance requires before even fitting me for a denture partial. Insurance says they dont care. Its up to dentist. Yes, i emailed quality control. Very disappointing to see such lack of caring for someone with ptsd from accident. Looking for a new dentist. Rural living with special needs child also makes this difficult. I guess Mom doesnt need teeth, Dentist doesnt care if partial stabs my mouth for a year.

saberdavis R Hardwick has been my dentist since moving here in 1999, and the care that I have received over the years and again today just confirm that choice. He is caring, considerate, patient, takes a lot of pride in doing a good job and treating the pt with kindness. His assistant Arial (probably misspelled this, sorry...) is just as caring and considerate, enjoyed meeting her today and appreciated her care. Thank you to all in the office, you are all a blessing to have in Colville !

Alysha Roach I have been going to the dentist here for 20 years, and I have never been treated so poorly. I came in and signed in, checking my insurance had changed and since the receptionist was on the phone I was patient and sat down waiting for her to finish the call and get together paperwork, about 20 minutes later a family comes in and they get their paperwork and are filling it out and Im thinking ok? Like where is mine? I continue reading thinking maybe they will have me fill it out while they get vitals and all that. Another 20 minutes one of the kids from the family gets called back. I told the receptionist to cancel the appointment and I wouldnt be back. Since they have merged the dr office in and got new office staff it has just gone down hill. Very disappointed.
