Refusing to provide service until we paid in full in advance. Who does that?
The following two customers were not forced to pay up front.
My daughter felt extremely hurt by this behhavior and will not be coming back. The pedicures were decent. They really didnt care to ensure they were dry though or give the to go sandals. My sons eyebrows are crooked. I tried to explain it is his first wax so please be gentle. They were the exact opposite. They didnt even let me know it was being done. I wanted to observe.

kummrun hossain They did not do what I paid them to do. I wasted $25 dollars on a manicure when all they did they did was buff my nails and cut them. I could’ve done that at home and saved myself $25 dollars. Please anybody seeing this review do not go there. I’ve never gave a review before this is my first review in my life and it’s all because of how poor the service was. I bought my own buffer for my nails and went back there to show them what they didn’t do. And they said “Oh you wanted this” and pulled out a buffer. Now I’m standing there thinking ‘why didn’t you just do this in the first place’. They also didn’t have the courtesy to even apoloigize for robbing me. THE POINT IS please save yourself and go to another nail salon.

Ksenia Horrible!!! Do not come to this establishment unless you want to be mistreated, have worst manicure, bad service and horrible customer service. They also drunk alcohol while operating the business even gave one can of the beer to one of the customer because of the owner’s birthday. Don’t you suppose to have an alcohol permit if give alcohol to the customers and is it okay nowadays to drink alcohol while operating sharp object on customers????
They did my manicure with unsanitized(previously used) tools. all my nails were differently length sized, the powder color started coming out the same evening on 3 nails, I came back next day to request to redo them, to what they said to come back in the morning next day as they were busy that time and when I came back in the morning next day they said that the owner who supposed to do it for me , left the salon due to emergency some kind of stuff, yelled at me that it is not their problem, that they are not owners even though there was that girl who did bad job in the first place, no sympathy, no apologies, just ignored me and said leave the salon. Me being a mom of a toddler who does not have a luxury to stop by any time and chase the owner to redo my nails, that I already did twice, Is ridiculous.
