Leah Herrera I have been going to see Ali for monthly facials and skin care products for about two years now. As a teacher who takes care of little ones all day there is NOTHING more soothing to have someone focused on your relaxation and care for an hour plus. Ali is a healer, simply being around him makes you feel like everything will be alright. Who knew a sense of peace came with your facial?! I couldn’t recommend him more. Aside from those perks- my skin’s health has never been better. He guides me to the right products and I’m always amazed with the results we are able to achieve.

Staci Mays This was my first facial ever, and Ali made it a very comfortable experience for me! The atmosphere was amazing, from the decor to the music. I love that he offers advice and lets you ask questions about your skin and products you’re using, along with great tips and suggestions on how to further improve your skin. My face was extremely hydrated and happy after my facial, and not to mention, it wasn’t red at all, which tends to happen when using a lot of products. Thank you for making my first experience of a facial so great!

Matilda Valadez The best facial treatment EVER is with Ali Vargas at A.V. SKIN SPA!! My skin always feels incredibly refreshed afterwards! What I admire about Ali is that he takes a very custom approach to your treatment based upon his evaluation of your skin type and its current state. I see Ali on a 4-6 week schedule consistently. He uses top of the line products and does not use or recommend anything he has not tried on himself first. He has also taken the time to educate and certify himself on new processes and techniques for facials. Ali is truly dedicated to his business and his clients. I cannot imagine seeing anyone else. He goes above and beyond and I always look forward to his neck & upper back massage, as well as a scalp massage!! Ali has a way of making you feel at home. It is very important to feel comfortable during the sessions and know that you are in the right hands you can fully trust. I highly recommend Ali Vargas as your esthetician!

Courtney H Joy is wonderful! Both a lovely person to chat with for the hour, and she does an amazing job taking my unruly brows and making them beautiful! I super appreciate Joy and look forward to appointments. The office is peaceful and comfortable. I have also had a lash lift and loved the results with that, too.

Nunhi Panganiban Joy was AMAZING. I’ve had maybe 8/9 Brazilian wax prior to her and she was honestly the best! She was fast and it actually was less painful than my previous experience with others. She’s very sanitary. I could tell she uses good-quality wax because it was less painful, wasn’t really sticking to the skin like the other hard waxes and it lifted all the hair. Shes so nice and friendly. If you’re looking for a really good esthetician, go to Joy❤️

Katy Carrell I had an amazing experience with Joy for my brow wax and tint! She is incredibly skilled, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My brows have never looked better—perfectly shaped and tinted just the way I wanted! Joy’s attention to detail and warm personality truly set her apart. Candace Lee I was nervous about having my brows done. Thought long and waited for over a year to make the decision. Choosing Megan at MyBrows Microblading to take the leap with was the best decision! She clearly told me what to expect and asked exactly what I was looking for. She painstakingly mapped my brows with the utmost precision and care. Great experience and could not be happier that I wake up daily with super natural and great looking great brows.

Shannon Wright Megan is such a treat to work with. She’s super easy to talk to, and REALLY encourages you to engage in conversation with her regarding what you’re looking for in your brows. She made me feel so comfortable, that I was not hesitant at all to ask her to add more hair strokes. My final results were exactly what I was looking for. Stephanie White Megan was absolutely the best. Ive been researching microblading for a long time. I had some questions coming in and she made me feel so relaxed about the whole experience. Talked me through the process as we went along. My brows turned out phenomenal. Highly recommend Megan!

Kathleen Lyrica Jiminez is simply amazing. I trust her implicitly. She has brought so much health and wellness to my 53-year-old face. I ALWAYS leave her feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and thoroughly spoiled! I first met Lyrica when she was attending Evergreen Beauty College just a block North of her current location at Tara & Co. in Mount Vernon, Wa. I was so impressed with her firm, but delicate facial massage, that I followed her business when she graduated. I was lucky enough to share her skill with my Mom before she passed last month. My Mother, who had never had a facial before in her entire 81 years, thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Lyrica is not only the most beautiful Soul, I am lucky enough to call her "friend."

Alyshia Islas Lyrica has been absolutely amazing from the beginning. I was lucky enough to win a huge Valentine’s Day giveaway with local business’s that she put together. She was so sweet messaging me right away and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly with the different businesses. When I finally was able to go see her for my facial… she absolutely pampered me. She made my skin glow and it never looked so good. She made me so comfortable and we had the best conversation getting to know each other! I’m was so glad that my husband drove me home because I was so relaxed I had to fight to stay awake on the drive back. She even surprised me with a little gift for my upcoming trip to Mexico. Since seeing her in the beginning of March, I ordered some amazing skin care that she had suggested would be best for my skin type. I have loved everything she suggested and my skin hasn’t looked better. She is absolutely amazing and I have been referring everyone I know to go and see her!

Mickayla Goshorn Lyrica is your girl if youre needing to be bronzed for any event! She did such an amazing job choosing the right color for me, I felt beautiful when my tan developed!! She makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment and always does a bomb job. The tan looked really natural and lasted so long! She also gives great instructions on prep and aftercare to help the tan last as long as possible. Cannot stress enough how great she was!!!

Vanessa Daniel My recent visit to Trystine Studio was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff. The spa itself is impeccably clean and the ambiance is serene and calming. Laci took the time to understand my specific needs and my lashes were absolutely PERFECT and exactly what I wanted. minerva i had a lot of fun even though i wasn’t there too long. staff was super cool( bartender had my beer ready in the blink of an eye) and was the sweetest), the atmosphere was great, and patrons were super friendly. really neat place and i will definitely visit again very soon!

Lisa Norman Jessie is amazing! I looked better and understood my hair better after just the 15 minute consult. The service was more like a spa than a hair cut. These extensions are a better quality than any Ive had before, and I know that Jessie will make sure they last and that Im well taken care of. I felt so spoiled! They are full-service. Pretty much anything you want to do with beauty, they can do!

The White Buddah edit: my refund dissappeared off my checking account after waiting 5 days. talked with my bank and they said either Jesse canceled the refund or beauty bar didn’t have the funds to process my refund. no call no show.. literally 4 times. I think its the owner to. I would be absolutely embarrassed to run a bussiness like that. it was going to cost 800+ for my wifes extensions and color. and Jesse blatantly didnt show or call 4 times after rescheduling over and over and over again... you get the point... if you care about time and money save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

April Pedroza Where do I possibly start? Not only is this location downtown, Mount Vernon is just darling, but its perfect to spend the afternoon walking the water after a treatment or exploring one of the many local restaurants nearby. As for services themselves, Im blown away! Splendidly speechless! Alicia is incredibly knowledgeable and will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. She went through my goals and presented options she had available. Never did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to purchase extra. If anything, her goal is to make your money stretch and to spend it as wisely as possible. I was sent home with samples and confidence under my belt of a routine I can try out with my skin. I can not recommend her enough. If you ever get the chance and are looking for a truly spa like experience, especially if your skin needs a good drink of water like mine did, give her a try. I promise you wont regret it! Alicia, thank you again!

Melissa Bolton I found Method Skin by looking online for facials near me and found Alicia. I read all the other reviews people had posted and decided this was the place to go. Alicia is very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable about talking to her with what my concerns are. She knew what type of products I would need. After my session there was a clear difference in the redness I was having and she helped think about what I use at home that might be contributing to it. I cant wait to have another facial!

Itzel Brenda was amazing. I booked a signature facial and it was a great experience. Brenda took the time to listen to everything regarding my skin and made helpful recommendations. Her treatment room is clean, soothing, and just has a peaceful vibe overall. The facial experience was so relaxing. She doesn’t push anything on you, and is just the sweetest! I felt very welcomed and comfortable around her. I already went back to her and looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 recommend you will not regret it!

Courtney Allen Where do I start? I am so happy I found this gem! Brenda is the best! she is very personable and thorough with her services. I’ve had the dermaplane enhanced facial, a lash lift/tent and brow lamination multiple times here and have never been disappointed! Sadly I am moving and will not be able to find someone even close to her! I wish I could pack her up and take her everywhere with me! You will not regret booking an appointment with her!

Tina Rexroth I had a facial with Brenda, owner extraordinaire of Elevated Beauty a few weeks ago. This was my first experience and was a little nervous. I never do these self care services for myself. Im so glad I chose to have this facial and especially with Brenda. She made me feel very comfortable with her friendly demeanor, her knowledge of product that she uses and her love for the services she offers. I have very sensitive skin and all of her products, techniques were very gentle. It left my skin happy and glowing. What a relaxing experience. I will refer her to my friends and family. helena hudak Rachel is amazing. She has been cutting my hair for a few years now, always does a great job. I got some hand tied extensions installed as well and had them for almost a year. My hair was pretty short and I wanted length and we got just that. They looked so amazing and she is so knowledgeable and informed me every step of the way. Highly recommend for any one looking to get professional extensions to your basic trim!

Allison Sandon I love this salon. It’s always clean and bright and welcoming. The girls are sweet and very talented and they have an awesome variety of product for every hair type. With incredibly reasonable pricing. I love my hair stylist also. She’s the best!

Grace Wydur Chantel did my hair today and I was SHOCKED at how soft and lightweight my hair felt after she was done! We did a full foil and not only was that done amazingly but so is her overall service. She offers you snacks and water, makes sure you’re always comfortable, and really takes her time to make sure that it’s perfect.

Pure Joy Skin Care & Wax Studio I had the pleasure to have Kathy Perry blow dry and straight my wavy Italian hair. She also made sure my hair was sprayed with a climate sealer/thermal protection spray. Shes professional and knowledgeable and even gave me some ideas on where to go in Las Vegas.

Jessica Breckenridge Lauren at Trendz is absolutely amazing. She took what I wanted and ran with it. We ended up doing two sessions so I could get exactly what I wanted. My hair is gorgeous, so soft and no damage. Great conversation and well worth ever penny! Highly highly recommend.

BROOKE CRAWFORD I’ve been here before and hadn’t experienced this before. I saw a new girl and when I booked online I knew what I was needing to pay. When my appt was over I was given my amount and it was double the price. All I had was Color placed. I did call the salon back and am waiting to hear something. I was very displeased in this.
