They staff is knowledgeable and very caring about your animals weather your taking them in for a check up or a putting them down there staff handles your every need with care. brenda talbott Our cat was not feeling well for two weeks, and then quit eating hardly anything and was not using her litter box. This is my second home and we had not yet gotten set up with a local vet. The one nearest to me is not accepting new clients until March as they have acquired the clients of the other local vet when he retired; so they told me to call Rustebakke Veterinary. They were able to get my cat in the same day that was set only 2-1/2 hrs from the time I called, which was perfect since I live about an hour away. They sent a new patient form to my email so I could fill it out before we got there. Everyone was so friendly and we didn’t have to wait very long. Along with her physical exam we were given options for further testing, all of which came back great. As that still left the reason for her current condition unclear. Some non evasive options were given to try along with further options if they did not work. Happily they did and she was back to herself in a couple days. The office also called me to check on her to see if everything was ok. We are extremely happy with everything they did for us and our furbaby.

Toni McCammon I have brought both of my cats to this shelter several times and every time has been amazing. At first I was a little put off because I haven’t spoken with the vet directly. The communication with the techs more than make up for that however. They always squeeze me in when my cats need to be seen. The care is thorough and efficient and again their communication is amazing. The prices are also very fair especially with my shelter discount! The staff are very friendly and caring. I highly recommend this vet clinic over others in the valley!!!

Izabell Hoyt Highly recommend this place. I have seen Patty for my teeth cleaning, and she was incredible! She carries so much knowledge about dental hygiene, and truly takes her time to explain how to really get down into your gum lines/clean your gums. The first time I seen her she expressed to me that I needed to really focus on getting my gum health back, and how I could achieve it. 6 months later (yesterday) I went in and she told me my gums looked FAR better! Without her, my gums would be the same as before. Shes so sweet and kind. I truly recommend. Go see Patty!

Martin Rich Posting on behalf of my elderly mother. She just made a 70 mile (one way) trip there this morning for her 9am appointment. Upon arriving, they informed her the person doing the work, quit 3 months earlier. They never called or notified her. This was on top of her previous appointment that was cancelled (by the clinic) 2 days prior and she got pushed back 4 months. Sad, there isnt a ZERO star option to reflect this companys deplorable service- or complete lack of. Good job on screwing over the elderly CHAS!

Catherine Rich Over 4 months ago I had my appointment cancelled two days prior to my appointment in Nov. of last year. I was scheduled again for March 31, 2025 at 9:30 am for my overdue crown to be put on my front tooth. I arrived for my appointment only to find out the dentist that I was scheduled with had quit around 3 months prior. I received NO PHONE CALL FROM CHAS regarding this. Now over 6-7 months into getting my tooth fixed, they said they could schedule me in for another 2 week wait. Since my temporary tooth has since turned brown, I would not trust this place to work on my dog not to mention the 140 mile ROUND TRIP and a 1/2 tank of gas FOR NOTHING. I’m 76 years old and this is just too much for an elderly person to handle. This place is extremely incompetent and has absolutely no regard for a patient’s time and there is absolutely no excuse for this place to be in business whatsoever.

Raina Davis I absolutely love this facility and the staff! They are amazing and really care about their patients and do anything possible to make sure they are happy and their teeth fit well!! I highly recommend them 100%! My husband went here as well and he is truly satisfied as well!! They are all so welcoming and family oriented! I always feel at home when I go there! And I never feel like a burden! I love all of the staff, they truly are a huge blessing to have locally, and they truly love their jobs! I have such an amazingly wonderful smile now thanks to them!!

Tamara Husted I have been here before, always great service. I didnt want to drive to Moscow because the Dr that saw me for this tooth 2 years ago was up there. Dr Clegg saw me today. He examined and explained. I told him I get very anxious, he was great. His staff was wonderful. Root canal in by 8am out by 9:45am, it is now 5pm and no pain. Great Dr.

Sarai Love Went in to get a root canal redone. Matthew was awesome and the ladies were great. Lacy (or is it Laci??) is always super nice and helpful. Office is always clean and I haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes or so for my appt.

Travis Kingsford I had a root canal performed by Dr Clegg this morning. Wow. I was extremely impressed. The receptionist and dental assistant were both very upbeat, friendly, and professional. As far as the actual procedure goes, Ive had cleanings that were more painful. There was a very slight pinch when he numbed me up. Other than that, I felt absolutely nothing. Not even any discomfort. Its been about four hours since my appointment, and the novacaine has worn off. I cant even tell I had anything done. No pain. No swelling. Im not the type of person who leaves a lot of reviews, but these guys deserved it. I would highly recommend them if you need to have some dental work done.

Switzer Corey (xsynfulx) The wait for a simple consultation was longer than Id like, but overall my experience was at least as good as anywhere else. Everyone was friendly. The place was clean, but noisy with machinery and dental equipment. The reception was effortless and seamless. All of the staff wore masks. Before they showed me to the examination chair, they scanned my temperature on my forehead. I needed to make clear to the nurse to warn me before she comes towards me with anything and she corrected herself for the remainder of my visit. The dentist was obviously busy and short-staffed for technicians and colleagues. He had a pleasant demeanor and despite mentioning that he was also a salesman of goods, I explained to him that I had already performed my research and gained several informed opinions about my options. Up-sale denied. I appreciate that he asked me what I wanted. Overall, again, "good", from a guy who hates going to doctors or dentists.
