Despite the office being busy (as it should be with this great of an office!!), Dr Troy was very detailed with the exam and took plenty of time to discuss my dental health and answer my questions. I love that as parents we can be right there every step of they way, which was not our experience at another establishment. They respect requests made by the parent. Today we had Olivia and Daphne helping us out (had 2 kids at the same time/appointment) and was very pleased with their attentiveness!

And today my youngest had an oral surgery done that we were originally referred to OSHU for but they said that they were no longer taking new patients… Happy Kids went above and beyond the norm to make sure that she was promptly seen and cared for without having to wait on a new referral to be sent to Seattle. We had her surgery this morning and all of the staff were kind and supportive.

Mike Wright Very kind and professional staff here. They really care for the patients health and comfort. This was my 3rd visit. Which was a particularly troublesome molar extraction. The doctor did a phenomenal job. From the start he took extra care to ensure my comfort. I barely felt the numbing shots at all! I have had nothing but good experiences here. Mindy Mae Took my husband here who hates dentists and doctors. He felt at ease and was happy that the dentist agreed with what he wanted with no argument. They were very helpful working with his rotating work schedule. He also very much appreciated that it was not made an issue that he uses chewing tobacco and that he wasnt lectured like a child. Very respectful! Very clean offices with a nice waiting room and pleasant staff who make everyone feel welcome regardless of class or appearance. Definitely recommend!!

3rd wormzy the “Blah” I am so happy with Twin City Dental. I got three teeth extracted from another location and I ended up in severe pain. I thought maybe I had a dry socket or some type of infection. Of course it was Thanksgiving and black Friday than the weekend so I’ve been in miserably pain Since Nov 27th! When Monday hit, I figured Troy Dental would call me back means that I left quite a few Emergency phone calls. They didn’t so I reached out to them and they did didn’t answer. They followed up with the text msg letting me know that they were busy and wouldn’t be able to see me. I explained to them how much pain I was in and then they squeezed me in. They said oh we’ll be able to get you in real quick before lunchtime. I get there. The dentist looks in my mouth for two seconds, and says I definitely have dry socket. There’s nothing he could do for me. I reached out to Twin City dental for a second opinion and they got me in right away. I was in there for 10 minutes and she medically packed the dry socket and gave me some antibiotics. Let me tell you I feel 1000% better. Why couldn’t the dentist that treated me in the beginning I’ve done this. It was so simple and could’ve kept me out of severe pain for the holidays and the weekend. I will be sticking with Twin City Dental because they actually care about you.

sherry Bevelheimer So let me tell you about my experience...keep in mind i am a truck driver and have a tight schedule to keep, and I am from Kansas .... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Backstory now... my little 5lb chihuahua got ahold of my uppers. And just destroyed them. These lovely women and amazing dentist not only fixed my old dentures but also made me a new set. All in one day! IN ONE DAY FOLKS.!!!! AND MADE THEM WELL!!! My poor lovely sweet lab tech had her work cut out for her and she did it, and did it extremely well! The office lady was such a super sweetheart. The dentist knows what he is doing and does it superbly. He did my moldings, and man he did it well....my dentures both sets fit like a glove. Many thanks to an excellent team who came through like champs! To all of the staff many thanks to you all. You did an amazing job on a tight schedule and words cant even express my gratitude! KariJo Pearson I absolutely love everyone at the Longview office. From Shannon at the front desk, to all the gals who are the denturist and techs in the back. The doc has a very fun sense of humor and is very efficient and in my opinion has mastered his craft. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about implants and or dentures. I have both a full denture on top and 6 implants on the lowers. I love my new teeth and smile!!!!

Jill Huhta No care for patients , Dentist said only cash. He specifically said cash only not cashiers check not personal check nothing but cash. Red flags went up and I went to Wilsonville Oregon as I could get in quickly. They were wonderful. I would stay away from Longview as it’s super sketchy! No stars from me! I had to put one star as it would not let me post this review without one

Deana Parkins Once you get to the office it’s wonderful. The reception was kind immediately. Tiffany is the BEST hygienist in Longview. Dr. Tiegan fantastic. But getting there was probably my worst experience with this great office since we started coming to town in 2020. I have learned that changing appointments is not acceptable. The office manager basically called and lectured me and talked to me like I was a child. If you are someone that needs flexibility unfortunately this may not be your office. Great Dentist and Hygienist but…

Donald P. Dr Teigen and all of his Office staff are so professional when I go for my dental appointments. Dr has very gentle hands while working in my mouth. Keli Hancock The worst care Ive ever received. They botched up a tooth extraction, after 4 days found that had been broken off in the extraction process. They went back into remove the roots on the 4th day. From start to finish, I was never treated with any concern for my care. The Dr.s never once had a real conversation with me about the process. After a full week of unrelenting pain I went to another dentist and paid cash and walked out almost pain free. I am still in shock at how the kind of care I received at Arbor Dental can even happen. From the front desk gal being overwhelmed by too many duties to the dentists who dont talk to you to the financial gal who has to go over your treatment plan with you... so many things wrong with this office. DO NOT GO HERE!

Sometimes Yaknow Horrible place the dentist doesnt take the time to talk about a care plan. They cant stick to their own schedule they will call you three times and reschedule or He just throws a 5k bill at you when you have state insurance and obviously cant afford it. Also doesnt care about anxiety patients his team is unreliable and unprofessional they dont answer the phone they dont answer texts even about scheduling an appointment or asking general questions about some dude digging in your mouth. Painful cleanings and doesnt stop drilling when you ask him to because your in pain. This place is a butcher charging you and your insurance for faulty work while subjecting you to dental torture. I wouldnt even let them pull a tooth dude would probably pull the wrong one. Lazy front office staff loudly ask personal health questions in front of entire lobby. If you care about your mouth I wouldnt go here. I bet they will respond to this review even though they cant call their patients back.

Summer I give this office a 1 stars. Terrible experience in 2020 getting work done for the first time in my life, still getting corrections done for what that dentist at arbor dental caused me. 3 years of pain, poorly crafted fillings, and uneven teeth issues they caused. Worst decision of my life to get work done here. It’s been very expensive to correct and still not at 100%. I did not have the main dentist Steven Marandas at this office unfortunately, I had the brand new one who was super new to being a dentist. Avoid new young dentists, mistakes were made.

Jillian Butler Ive only had 2 appointments so far, and have a surgery coming up which will really begin my new smile journey. So far so good. Everyone is very nice, courteous, and friendly. Also straightforward and know how to really make a patient feel at ease and that theyre in good hands. Will update after my surgery.

Kyia Clairmont I have been taking my kids here for a few years now. We used to go to Happy Kids but I was miserable there. The staff talked to me like I was a child and it annoyed me. I hate when people do baby talk. So I started looking for an alternative and I found Harbor Kids. So much better. The staff talks to all of us like actual people and listen. My kids have had teeth pulled, cavities filled and were going to start braces soon. All have been great experiences. The staff always takes their time with my kids. We have always felt welcome. My ONLY complaint is when my kid had a couple teeth pulled and she opted for the juice instead of the laughing gas. They didnt warn me before that she would be out of it for a long period of time afterwards. I found out after her teeth were pulled before we left. No big deal, just wish I would have known before so I could have made better arrangements with work etc.

Mariah Herrera My daughter has been coming to Harbor Kids Dental for a few years now. The staff are great and very knowledgeable. We are always greeted with smiles and everyone is very knowledgeable. TVs on the ceilings in every room, and probably all the streaming services for movies and shows, to keep your child calm and entertained during their visit. I highly recommend checking them out!

K M Best experience I could have possibly had. My hygienist, Key, is warm, thoughtful, kind, and absolute gem of a beautiful soul. Doctor was honest but not judgemental. All of the staff worked together to fast, efficient, and effective. This was a new patient visit and I was able to be seen extremely quickly, even with state insurance. In one visit, I look forward to continuing to use this office for as long as I live in the area. Give them a try. I would recommend Grace Family to anyone.

Evelyn Grammer I have pushed off getting my teeth checked out for months, dealing with severe pain so bad I couldnt even sleep. It went away & came back with a vengeance. I knew it was bad so I finally just pushed past my anxiety and I scheduled with Grace Dental. Im 20 with severe anxiety about the dentists, multiple broken teeth because of how long I put it off but they took such good care of me! It was my first appointment with them and within an hour I was getting teeth extracted due to infection, I felt absolutely no pain! It was just pressure & it was honestly pretty quick for an extraction they did amazing! They made sure I felt comfortable, that the room wasnt too hot or too cold, they let me know I could bring my fiance for support if I needed too, all around genuine & caring staff. Not only is Dr Azizi amazing & kind but the entire staff of grace family dental is, the front desk, the assistant who helped with me, such a positive welcoming environment. They made my experience so positive that I will 100% be returning to them again for all of my dental work & I wouldnt want anyone else! Thank you for taking great care of me so I can stick around for my babies! :)

I had a bad painful molar with advanced disease that ended up needing a root canal but Dr. Trott was very through with the work-up and caring to take time to review options and make things work with my schedule. The sedation / local anesthesia was excellent and I was very comfortable throughout while getting a difficult root canal. Been doing great for months ever since!

Have an emergency don’t call Willamette they can schedule an appointment serval days out! Normal procedure 60 days out and be put on a cancellation list! The survey they ask you to take always ask would you recommend us to your family and friends? As of now NO!!!! To make the wait times even longer! On a good note check ups and teeth cleaning you can get right in!

Lauren Joslen Upon entering Three Rivers Dental, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing the space looks! It feels like a luxurious dental office. I was greeted by the nice ladies at the front desk, asked to wait for a moment, and was then taken back to my appointment pretty quick! I was in as a new patient with X-rays, a cleaning, and an exam by the doctor. I had Kaylee as my dental hygienist. She was so sweet, down to earth, and made the whole experience comfortable. She was also very gentle on my teeth! The Dr. Doman was also very kind, professional, gentle, and transparent about a concern I had with my teeth. He gave me options for how to go about my concerns, and he also gave me a breakdown of how much it would be out of pocket after insurance. I really appreciated that transparency! Over all, going in for my dental appointments have never been very fun. But I’m looking forward to my next appointment because of my experience!
