I have no pain post op, and was previously told I needed full anesthesia to have work done due to severe ptsd and anxiety. With minimal yet incredibly effective sedation, the confidence you all had in the ability to work on me renewed my sense of trust in medical professionals. I am still in shock about the ease you had completing a root canal and permanent glue on 2 teeth. Your advanced equipment also showed an infection i had been dealing with for months, thank you so much for finding and treating with antibiotics. Im in tears writing this review. I am so incredibly blessed and grateful. The effect your skill and caring has had on my life is immense. And the fact that I can fully trust you to find and treat remaining issues has made me feel like I can live again, without the pain and fear I endured due to lack of ability to find dental care in addition to the previous traumatic experiences i had with dentists I shall not name. This is the first day in so long, longer than I can remember I am in no dental pain. I know I will become someone in a similar field so that I can pass on absolutely life changing medical care.

Kimberly Wilson I came here in 2022 after we moved to the area and these guys were super close to us. They had rave reviews and I was excited to have a dentist so close by. I only went once and had an absolutely awful experience and am extremely upset about my current outcome due to my visit 3 years ago. It was a very long appointment (for just a cleaning and a check up). I had a few questions and concerns and they were not able to answer my fairly simple questions and just kept talking about referring me out to other doctors. There were 5 people that came by while I was in the chair. I am used to just 2, the hygienist and the dentist. It was really overwhelming and felt like they were herding cattle through. The most upsetting thing that occurred is they completely hustled me to get sealant for my deep molars. I was 32 and never had a cavity. They convinced me that my molars would become food traps and the sealant would prevent cavities. I didnt feel like I had a choice in saying no, they were very insistent, in fact I think I did initially say no, and they continued to pressure me. I paid $400 out of pocket for this procedure, which was a very unpleasant experience because it takes a long time and is uncomfortable keeping your mouth open that long. I did not go back after this experience and found a new dentist, further away. Well, I just had a check up from my new dentist (who I absolutely love) and I was informed that the sealant has since chipped away from my tooth and created a food trap and I now have my first cavity at 35 that was caused by the "cavity prevention". I am glad people enjoy this place, however I am so frustrated that my perfect bill of healthy teeth for 35 years was ruined by something this facility pressured me to do. I hope my experience was an anomaly and other people are not getting pressured and hustled into things they dont want to do, which turns out is a very common dentistry hustle.

Leilani Dunlap I highly recommend Dr. C for this he whole family. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. They have a large tv and toys to keep kids entertained while waiting room be called back, and personal TVs for each child’s chair to help in the whole cleaning process. All of the team members I have interacted with over the years have all been outstanding.

Annika Paladino to start off…going to the dentist is not easy for me. i’ve tried multiple dental offices and it’s never a good fit. my little sister discovered northview and recommend. i will say i am blown away with the considerate, understanding, caring team they have. for my first visit i saw dr anderson and moncia. i’m so unbelievably thankful they made my first visit easy, comfortable, and i was leaving wanting to come back. thank you for the amazing experience and taking such good care of my teeth. 10/10 recommend!!

Taylor Fankhauser I brought my daughter in for her second appointment and even though she was a little nervous to get her fillings, she was excited to go back. They remembered that she really liked the pink glasses last time so they brought those to her. Filbert made her feel at ease and was awesome! Denise Branum I recently changed jobs and different dental insurance. So, I saw all the previous reviews on this place n decided to try it. I called because I had some questions and I just happened to get the employee that handles the insurance claims and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get in pretty quickly because of a cancellation. The front desk lady was super nice, the lobby is decorated nice and they offer free small bottles of water. Tracy is the hygienist that I got to see. She did X-rays with this really high tech machine first. Im pretty sure it was a CT scan of my mouth. Anyways she was super nice, gentle and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist came in and said that he appreciated me answering all the questions on their "smile survey" paper work. He then addressed my concerns I had several). He took his time explaining things and his plan of treatment. I highly recommend this place.

Lizzie hval Dr. Rice was incredibly kind and thorough. I really enjoyed his wealth of knowledge and how much information he gave me about my teeth, unfortunately, my appointment was not as smooth as I had hoped. Along the way there were lots of technical issues and general confusion amongst the staff. It ended up making It’s so that I wasn’t able to get my chipped tooth fixed during my appointment- Like I was told was most likely gonna happen unless my tooth needed some more serious car (root canal, crown, etc.) l was in my appointment for an hour, and basically only got x-rays done… Not a cleaning or a fixed tooth. After the appointment I was scheduled for two weeks out to get it fixed, as much as I enjoyed Dr. Rice‘s evaluation, I needed to get my tooth fixed ASAP! I originally ended up going to the dentist so that I could get my tooth fixed sooner than my usual dentist office in the first place. I ultimately ended up going with a different dental office. That got me in the next day had my chipped tooth fixed within 30 mins !

Through every step of my appointment they make sure I know what they are doing and why. They keep me in the loop of what to look out for with the health of my teeth and what I can do at home to keep my teeth healthy. Christopher Bray The staff was polite and its a nice facility. But I felt like my needs were not met. It seemed like I was just a possible paycheck and was cranked out without having my concerns addressed. I was just told to go get root canals. When I dont have an infection yet. He didnt check for any other cavities. No concern for the possibility of fixing anything. Just a referral to get RC and a script for pain killers which Im in treatment for. Im not even in pain. Told come back to get your crowns done. Oh those are just little cavities. Apparently wanted me to wait until they get worse and come back.

Steve Brodigan Family Dental of Spokane Valley has been a great dentist for me. I have been to a few others in town and Dr. Ellsworth and his team have been fantastic. They are very personal and treat you like a person rather than the next patient. Dr. Ellsworth took his time and made sure his job was complete and satisfying for me even though his next patient was there. I will always recommend this office. Phillip B I had a great experience with my consultation, everybody there was extremely friendly and made me very comfortable in my time of major insecurities. Their prices are in the range of most dentists that have a good reputation. They broke down all my options very clearly and gave me all the information I needed to know about my situation since I do not have insurance. The only thing I wasnt impressed with was their financing options. They use 3rd party providers and doesnt matter what your credit score is (Mines in the 700s) they charge 35% interest and only approved me for half the procedure cost. I ended up going to my bank and getting a personal loan to cover the full procedure and now Im waiting for Aspen to open Monday to schedule my procedure.

They explained everything so that my implants could heal and then move on to the next steps..This will be quite the journey, Im confident in the staff at Aspen N Division that this will continue to be a great experience.

Joseph Keough I was advised I needed a tooth removed by an endodontist Id been referred to. I consulted with the oral surgeon recommended to me, but left not fully understanding the need for the procedure nor what seemed to me an exorbitant cost. I sought a second evaluation and price estimate with Dr. Cs office on the South Hill. His staff not only provided the evaluation and estimate, but took the time to hear, understand and address my questions and concerns. I found the office staff to be helpful. The dental assistant and the dentist I spoke with were both good listeners and communicators. I left with a far better understanding of my medical situation, my options and the the costs involved with each option. They struck me as focused on helping people understand their circumstances and options and not as salespeople.

This is the most welcoming and safe feeling environment for a dental office I’ve ever been to. They made me feel like I’ve been with them for years on my first visit. Vina Lopez I’m pretty sure Dr. Taylor saved my life last night. If I could rate this practice a million stars I would. I’m not kidding when I say this, but yesterday when I went in for a tooth extraction with a different office, I got home and for some reason the area started bleeding— badly. I was sure I could stop it myself with some gauze and pressure with my own personal experience in the medical field. Nope. I knew it was bad when I went to check if the bleeding had stopped after 20mins and I heard a pop and felt a literal GUSH of blood in my mouth. I became a bit worried because that’s not normal at all. I was lucky enough when after some panicking and trying to go to urgent care - Dr. Taylor called me and as my roommate explained that my mouth was full of blood and I couldn’t talk, he let us know to meet him at his office. Thankfully after some weird situation with the previous office i saw, I was able to be seated in a chair and have Dr. Taylor find the source of the bleeding. I believe I was in the chair for a while but he literally did everything he could without any hesitation. I seriously could not thank Dr. Taylor enough for helping me last night. I’ve worked with many doctors as a medical professional, including in a dental setting. And I haven’t met many doctors that would be willing to meet up with a patient when they say they’re bleeding but this doctor cares about you GENUINELY. Safe to say I had a crazy night, but next time you’re thinking about going to a dentist to receive care that feels absolute, I would recommend Dr. Taylor a thousand times over. Again thank you so much, Dr. Taylor, you truly are a godsend, I don’t even think the ER would’ve been able to help and I am so grateful that you were able to stop the bleeding.

Aimee Navickis-Brasch I started going to this dentist because of good recommendations for the prior owners. Once they were bought out it was terrible. We were billed for unnecessary services that we had no idea our insurance did not cover without being told they were not covered. Then we explicitly asked them which items were covered by our insurance and were told items were covered that were not. It was an unnecessarily expensive to visit this dentist. They appear to be a business first and a medical practice second. I stopped going there after my last visit where the dentist was telling the hygienist the options for dental work work I needed and not even talking to me.

Dr. Henneberg and his team made the appointment happen for me anyway and in a timely manner! Friendly! Gracious! And great dental service from Dr. Henneberg and his staff!

I would like to preface this review with some details about my health history, issues that may not be as important to others. - anxiety - severe depression - autism spectrum - two autoimmune disorders - germaphobia As a kid I had multiple very traumatic experiences at the dentist, my dentist (Dr. Wayne Grossman of Sacramento, CA) was physically abusive to his patients and had many abuse claims against him before his death. His practice did not allow parents into the back, no exceptions. During procedures, he would sit on me or put his knee on me and restrain me to the chair with leather cuffs and do extractions with no numbing or gas. These experiences, coupled with financial difficulty made it hard to go to the dentist on a regular basis. We struggled financially as my husband and I struggled working and paying for college as young adults with no financial assistance. To the point where for many years I was on CALFresh (food assistance) and MediCAL (free medical insurance). For anyone who *understands* poverty you may know that "free" dental care only covers your front teeth. So, when a tooth needed a filling or in my case a root canal and crown it cost me $3,600. Regular maintenance was not a fiscal option, fear and shame aside. I was laid off from two tech jobs in a massive wave of layoffs. So, apologies to the dental industry but I just missed those short windows to see a dentist (too busy trying to make sure I could pay my rent and eat that month). I have tried to be more consistent with my dental appointments in the past two years with a steady job but have unfortunately, had to deal with more pressing medical issues. I have had three major surgeries with long recovery times and go to a physical therapy office once a week. I am a germaphobe who wore masks in public pre-pandemic, struggle with change, and have severe anxiety then it becomes VERY hard to maintain. I luckily found a dentist and hygienist that I *love* however, two back to back scheduling errors and staff leaving left me not able to properly prepare myself for the appointments. I decided to try a new dentist closer to my house with *rave* reviews. When I called to schedule I was extremely up front and honest about why I was trying a new office (wanted consistent care from the same providers) and that proper mask wearing is very important to me. The receptionist was kind, considerate, and extremely accommodating. When I arrived at the office everyone who spoke to me had on a mask and was so nice!! HOWEVER, the dentist was unkind, condescending, and treated me like a child. He shamed me *multiple* times for not flossing enough (even though I literally started the conversation stating I knew my teeth were not great and I was ashamed and embarrassed!!) and for not using a water flosser. During his very painful examination of scraping each tooth, blowing cold air on them, and pushing down my gums I began to cry. I cried because he had horrible bedside manner and was making me feel like I was a disgusting slob with bad hygiene and I cried because his exam physically hurt. While sobbing, he brought me tissues and pretty much told me to get it together and that it shouldnt hurt (yay for gaslighting a womans pain level in 2024, real cool move). I mentioned to him twice that I had never had an exam like this before. He finished his exam and then pretty much continued to shame me as he gave me my treatment plan. Oh, and then asked why I was nervous about getting fillings-- I said well, I am very afraid of needles and he said (glances at my chart), oh come on youve done this a bunch of times and youll be fine. The staff deserve five stars and I am only sorry that they have to be attached to a lower star review. But, I just think anyone with anxiety should know that this dentist has truly abhorrent bedside manner. So, if youre interested in being shamed then this is a great place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

Every person in all the steps of my initial appointment were kind and professional. I was treated with respect and kindness. I left with confidence that I am in good hands with my dental care here.

Donna I came to this office for a second opinion and to have my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist, Sunny, completely alleviated my anxiety with her calm manner and extremely gentle touch. Dr. Correll clearly explained to me his proposed treatment plan, saving me several hundred dollars. I highly recommend Dr. Correll and his team.
