Michael Hutton is a highly knowledgeable and friendly person who is willing to take the time to insure his customers are getting the coverage they need and fully understanding the coverage provided. I have been with the company for five years and have always had a wonderful experience. I love the people and the atmosphere here. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for great and affordable insurance.

Dakota Hernandez Michael is a good honest man. Helped me lower my insurance by switching and also helped with insurance claims (even when he didn’t have to). He made the process nice and smooth. 10/10 would and do recommend.

Rita Heitz Weve been with Casey Wassell for almost 5 yrs. Weve had 0 claims. Every 6 month renewal on our 2 vehicles increases about $70.00. The few times that Ive tried to contact his office, theres never a person there to answer the phone. You either have to leave a voicemail or send an email. Its always taken him days to respond to either. After shopping around, I found another top national insurance company that can save us $800 a year for the same equal to and better coverages on our auto and homeowners insurance. Our biggest regret is that we stayed with him this long.

Mac Gall After 7 years with Allstate and 4 of them being with this office. The service went from amazing to just plain awful. The office repeatedly drops the ball on policy changes. Unapologetic when it happens. Unappreciative of my business responding only "ok" when I finally got fed up and canceled. Dont waste your time, patience or $ on these guys. Currently insuring the same vehicles for a fraction of the cost!

Joel Bennett We had a tree fall on our shed recently and it has been a real struggle dealing with our big national home insurance outfit. It took forever to find out what to do and after that they never get back to me on anything. I called Dan and got immediate advice and help. It made me wish I could have just worked with him the whole time. Too late for my shed…But we are switching over soon anyway, based on the service, knowledge and assistance.

Allan webb We left farmers to be with alstate because they helped us to get a lower rate for full coverage on our 2019 Subaru the price for a month at farmers is our 6mo premium at allstate. We also have renters insurance through them which is 20 bucks a month which I feel is really great for the coverage we have. Jessica We’ve been with Jim and team for years. They are personable and responsive. When I had an accident, they were immediately available and supportive through the entire process. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our insurance needs.

Kory Kranz One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, no customer service. We had an issue in our wall and when it finally caved in we called them as soon as we noticed it. Doesn’t matter we should of known what was happening in our walls because apparently all American family employees have cameras and sensors in there walls to alert them to moisture…. Must be nice, customer service sucks we were bounced around to several people to deal with our mess. Our agent was zero help he said his hands are tied I just collect your money… he didn’t even try to fight for us… Kevin is a horrible agent and American family is a scam of a company….

Amber Ackerson I am a very "small" customer for Kari-Ann and her staff. I only have my renters insurance through them, but they treat me as if Im the most important customer. Cathy (I think thats her name) who answered the phone today, educated me, reminded me of tasks I needed to complete and treated me as if I was their number one client. I highly recommend Kari-Anns agency.

tomatosword After 8 years, thousands of dollars, and not a single claim ever. My car was broken into and a window smashed, I thought to myself "hey my insurance has a glass claim section". I was promptly advised not to make a claim under the threat of raising my monthly bill (theyve already raised it 3 times in 3 years). Do yourself a favor get cheap insurance somewhere else because paying more for better coverage just means theyll threaten to raise it if you ever need it. Even for something as small as 1 window.

Davids knowledge and expertise was invaluable. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I was settled on the right plan. On Davids advice, I ended up getting an HSA which will let me save up for braces tax free. Simply brilliant! Davids help made getting insurance almost pain free (I still hate insurance companies though; at least now I can pay for my anger management counselling with pre-tax dollars.)

Rebecca Smith Their client backed into me in city hall parking lot and crashed my arm between our cars. Police came got the guys info for me and state farm let him lie and would even look at the damage their client did to my car after they pretended they were sending out an adjuster. They never showed and state farm acted like they never heard of me. Total scam. But if you want a company that will allow you to damage peoples cars and person and not take responsibility, this is the company you should go with.
