Trang Tran This nail salon is the best option in the area! Kim is very meticulous and she always kills it; you can ask for any designs and shell make it happen. Not to mention the price is really competitive, you wont find anywhere cheaper. The salon is small, clean, and cozy. It makes you feel at home. Kim is also really friendly and accommodating. 10/10!

Jeppani Shima Kim is a very sweet and patient nail technician. She did an amazing fill and color change. Throughout my visit with her, she made me feel very comfortable, safe, and was open to my ideas I wanted for my change of nail set. I highly recommend her services!

She does a beautiful job! She is very welcoming, and makes you feel very appreciated. Her salon is very professional and clean. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her. She is amazing, and my feet always feel great! Ive even gotten my husband to see her for his nail needs, which is a feat. She is always kind and accommodating to my requests. Amy Gay Ken is the very best out there! I’ve been going to him since July, and I’m impressed every single time. I’m super rough on my nails—usually, they lift, break, or get stuck in my hair after two weeks—but none of that has ever happened with Ken! My nails have lasted over four weeks with no issues at all. I go every three weeks, and they’re always perfect. Ken is friendly, speaks English, and is a total perfectionist. He takes his time to make sure everything looks amazing, and I always enjoy our chats. Highly recommend!

Nikki T They do not know how to do acrylic nails as far as how to file the nail appropriately in a way that’s not going to damage one’s cuticles. I’m an ex cosmetologist here, as well as somebody who has had their nails done a ton of times from different places. I have never had this much cuticle damage before from any place!!! This is unacceptable!!! When I went, the owner actually made my thumb bleed due to her filing, but in her defense, the guy that started my nails, and for some reason couldn’t finish them, but the guy that started my nails, he’s the one that had my cuticles sore from all the filing. Yes, I did have to tell him ouch! This place also does sneaky tactics. The first time that I went to get a pedicure, I asked for the classic one. Well, they ended up giving me hot stones and all this stuff and my total was more than expected. I let it slide because they did a good job on my feet. Now, the second time I went in the same thing happened. I asked for the basic pedicure and she brought out hot stones and for my nails to be done and the pedicure I had to pay $135 not including the tip. I will not be going to this place ever again. Just look at my poor skin around my nails and yes, it hurts.

The clear coat is chipping at the tips, unlike my previous experiences at other salons where my nails lasted up to four weeks. The technician had trouble with the polish, constantly removing clumps from the brush and nails. I recommended using new polish, but she didnt heed my advice, and now Ill have to pay for repairs.

Roberta Lindsay I have been coming to “Sandy” for nearly two years now, and I have NEVER had a bad experience!! I am a creature of habit perse, and so I try to schedule my appointments with Sandy, however there have been times when she’s booked up, so I have had other employees do my nails, and they’ve all been absolutely amazing! Helen did my valentine nails, and as you can see she did an amazing job! If you don’t like something, say something…They can’t read your mind, and if you’re having trouble understanding someone, ask Sandy or someone to translate for you. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon!!

Alicia Cleese T Nail Lounge is a under new ownership by a WOMAN! Helen is an amazing owner and you can tell that the other employees are happy to be there. Everyone is always smiling and are so kind. When I started going to T, they were offering a gel fill with a product that made your nail beds feel hot under the lamp. I told the owner about a different gel fill product (TAP). The next time i came in, she had TAP and applied it expertly and beautifully! I was absolutely sold! My TAP gel fills are pristine and gorgeous every single time. I am always sure to make an appointment and have not ever waited more than a couple of minutes for service. Recently, my sister and I had pedicures at T. As with the gel fills, we were given the royal treatment! The hot stone massage, steam machine, fizzy bath, and paraffin wax were so incredibly relaxing. There were several pedicure packages to choose from. If you want to support a woman-owned business in a clean and relaxing setting, T Nail Lounge is definitely your place!

Yesac Arehcuk I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. My group received two acrylic full sets and a manicure with polish. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. Our nails began lifting in less than a week, and one of my nails completely came off after just seven days. My mom’s manicure polish chipped just two days after it was applied. Despite scheduling our appointment hours in advance, we waited at least 30 minutes before we were helped. Another group of two, who arrived halfway through our visit for full sets, were helped and finished before anyone even started helping us again. To make matters worse, my friend was left with unshaped, unfinished nails for the entire time. I requested an ombre design, but the result was poorly blended. They used a powder that seemed like a cheap shortcut, resulting in a subpar ombre effect. We paid far too much for the poor quality of work and the long wait. In total, we spent over $200. My mom’s manicure, which wasn’t even the right color, cost around $50 or more, yet we overheard them telling another customer on the phone that it should’ve been $35. The nail shapes were poorly done and didn’t reflect the price we paid. We won’t be coming back.

Chelsey Lemmon Super nice technician, very friendly. My nails looked fabulous with not a single blemish or mistake. She did a better job on my pedicure than I’ve had at any salon in marysville or Lynnwood/north Seattle area. She is the only tech working here so I would advise calling ahead (though she fit me in same day no issue). I got a gel polish mani/pedi so it’s pretty simple stuff and not very fancy compared to what some people are looking for in a salon but again, best I’ve had in the area.

breonna l Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon easily. I went yesterday at 5 and got the guy that works there, I didn’t catch his name. But the entire experience was great. I got an acrylic fill and a shellac pedicure. When I made the appointment I was expecting to spend quite a bit because every other salon in the Arlington/Marysville area is pricey as hell but this place was good AND affordable. He fixed the nails I had gotten at a different place and gave me the exact design I wanted. Not to mention, they do hand massages even after acrylics! Which is rare anymore. The pedicure was 10/10 also. The foot massage was amazing. I’m pregnant and deal with swelling so I was very pleased they did so well with it. If you want pretty nails that don’t cost you an arm and a leg, definitely come here! All the girls were incredibly nice as well!

Gigi McNeal Ive had three pedicures at this business, and my husband one. My first pedicure was okay. My subsequent pedicures, and my husbands pedicure, were rushed and painful. The Best Nails staff member roughly pushed back and trimmed my cuticles. My husbands feet ached for days. The Best Nails staff member made me feel as though she was in a hurry, uninterested in providing a relaxing service. I will not return, nor will I recommend this nail salon. Generally I dont write reviews, but after three visits and the service didnt improve compelled me to speak up.

Renee K The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable, but I wasn’t all that impressed with my pedicure. The prep was decent, but I think the massage was a little over the top since I really don’t like having my toes popped. Then instead of staying in the relaxing chair for the polishing part, I was asked to move to a regular chair and had to prop both feet on a small uv light, which I then had to carefully maneuver each foot into with every coat (and I didn’t even ask for gel polish). Just a strange experience.

Kierra Vandergrift I want to start by saying this used to be my favorite salon. I paid over $160 for the service for my daughter and I. We paid for shellac nails on both fingers and toes along with pedicures. My daughters nails all came off by day 4. And almost all of her toes by day 6. My nails started peeling by day 5. I also got gold on mine that instantly turned a grey color Im not sure why. I am so disappointed. This place used to be my favorite. I called earlier in the morning and asked if they had any appointments open for today or tomorrow, they told me they could get me in at 3pm same day, I thought great! Lucky me they had an opening. Told them wonderful and I’d see them there. Showed up at 2:50 and told them I was here for my appointment. They told me to take a seat. I then sat next to two other women- unsure if they were walk ins or appointments that were waiting. About 4 min after waiting another client walked in and stated she also was checking in for an appointment at 3pm. I thought that was odd, that they would schedule 2 3pm appointments when they only had 3 people working. She stated she had work at 4pm so asked since there was so many people waiting would they be able to get her done before then, I didn’t work today so I didn’t say anything about me having a scheduled appointment too and that I was there first, figured I’d let her go first and I’d wait a bit longer. They sat her at a nail station. I found it odd as well that they would except that many walk ins around that time knowing they had 2 appointments coming in. Or schedule that many appointments at the same time. I and the other 3pm appointments ended up walking out after waiting for 15 minutes. Never had this experience at a salon before and likely will not go back.

Flo Boon Today I walked in to get a manicure and remove my acrylic nails. The gentleman who did it was annoyed that I didnt want to do a fill. He cut the acrylics and my nails very short and caused pain several times. He didnt do a manicure AT all- no soak, no cuticle clipping, no lotion, nothing. He just painted my nails and was again annoyed I wanted regular polish. He did a horribly rushed and ugly job. I have 4 young kids and limited budget so its rare when I can treat myself and I left feeling horrible and sad and I wish I hadnt spent money or tipped. He had me pay before hand so I had no leverage to ask to get them redone. My nails are ugly and short as heck and Im getting ready to take the polish off because its horrible and makes me sad every time I see my hands!! Ive never been more disappointed in nail service. Bt far the worst experience ever!

cassie bouldin I liked them because they actually took clients, which is a huge plus. And it was clean inside. I felt they followed proper procedures for keeping nail utensils cleaned. Cuticles were included, which I had recently been to a place that charged extra for cuticles. I had a really nice tech who was so kind. Interior was cute and bright and trendy. I would definitely go back. I didnt get complicated nail art, just a French manicure. The woman was soooo exact about drawing the lines and they were all symmetrical.

Only complaint is that a full set fill with gel polish and one design on each hand (small design) was a total of 40 bucks! Nail pricing definitely a bit up there if i do say so myself. Not sure why it cost me 15 dollars less than a full set to get a fill and color change.

dawn zanoni July did my nails and she took her time to make sure the shape was perfect and then because I requested the cat eye polish she made sure I liked one first before continuing to do the rest of them. The salon place plays quiet relaxing music. I’ve gotten pedicures there before and I’ve always been very pleased.

Stef Price This place is beautifully decorated, very clean and the chairs are pretty comfy! I had Mia do my manicure and MiMi do my pedicure. I seriously should have done a before and after !!! Both of them did a phenomenal job… My feet were HORRIBLE ! I felt so bad lol but Mimi was very sweet, and paid close attention to detail ! She didn’t rush through it like a lot of other places do.
