Katia Yermak I have been very loyal to another nail salon for 8 years but their service was not so great. I decided to try this one in December and it has been amazing service ever since. Everyone here pampers you, brings you snacks, and are so sweet! I have been seeing Tracy every month and she became my permanent nail tech! I love how they even send you reminders each month to come see them because with my busy schedule I tend to forget to focus on me sometimes. I’m happy every single time I leave from here. Don’t hesitate, book your appt!

Hangie Nguyen First time here at the salon and I absolutely loved the atmosphere! Everyone was so friendly and treated me really well. Zoey did my nails—super clean and the polish was applied perfectly close to the cuticle. Susan was also very gentle with my feet. I’m really impressed with their service today! Highly recommend!

Korina Houghtaling I was really excited to try this place. They have a lot of great color options. However my fill with gel chipped the next day and hasn’t stopped chipping since. These are the pics a week later. Usually a fill lasts me 3-4 weeks with no chipping.

Filing the nails was gentle, never hurting the cuticles and not to mention the art is very cute! The staffs were friendly and welcoming and the salon is hygienic and clean. Bianca Wood Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten tbh. She didn’t even touch my cuticles or clean up dead skin. My feet usually look this crusty after a couple months of not doing anything, but this is two days old. The whole experience was also weirdly un comfy.

Brigham Tappana I get my haircut here every six weeks or so. Great, fast service. The mens cut is great. The ladies are very friendly and work quickly. Cindy - your are THE BEST! Updating this like 7 years later. Still the best. The only place I go to get my hair cut.

Jonica Knight Worst dip set if my life for $65. The lady seemed like she was in a rush. She grinded my nail so much that she burnt me on several nails in the same spot twice and the grinder chipped 2 of my natural nails. She cut several cuticles too far back. There was some sort of red fabric throughout my set when it was finished. No nail was uniform. She didnt fix a red blotch on a nail. She saw it and continued to paint in clear polish and let it cure. Dont come here for nails. It seems like a nice place for mens haircuts and pedicures.

Miriam Keith Not only are they a clean and well run place, they have options aplenty for spa services and nails. I had the immense pleasure of sitting with Phil! He was so gentle and thorough. I cant say enough nice things about him. My nails look amazing and like I said he achieved that so gently I was amazed.

I had a deluxe spa pedicure and the massage was soooooo good! Just the right pressure for my tired feet. And the hot stones to keep everything relaxed. I brought my own nail polish and it was not a problem. Susan was so kind the entire time and even brought me a cup of tea. I will be back!

Marshall Johnson Love this place. My wife made an appointment to get her nails shortened. I went along and got a manicure while waiting. The staff was so kind and pleasant. My wife’s nails turned out great. Her technician was professional and expert. For me… my manicure was so relaxing I dozed off a few times. Then they put me in the massaging pedicure chair for a nap while I waited. Highly recommended

David Balaciu My wife and I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 13 years, and we couldnt be happier with the service and experience each time! The shop is always spotless, with comfortable massaging chairs that make you feel pampered the moment you sit down. I only go for pedicures and mostly because I enjoy the massage part of the service and I always get my pedicure done by Linh - she is SO GOOD at getting those corners and leaves your feet and nails feeling like new. My wife gets her gel manicure with Hang and her pedicure with Linh as well. Both Linh and Hang do an amazing job, which is why weve stayed loyal to them for so many years, and can`t imagine going anywhere else. The rest of the staff are also fantastic--everyone here is skilled and attentive. The salon has air conditioning in the summer, making it a cool, relaxing escape, there are two big screen TV`s to keep you entertained and the added bath salts to the water makes for an extra touch of luxury. The leg and foot massages are absolutely incredible--a highlight! They have other services too, like waxing, eyebrow stuff etc. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their next go-to nail person. Whether you make an appointment or just walk in, you wont be disappointed! Shouldnt have to say this but tip your person well, they work hard and do an amazing job!

Lauren Kraft I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure with chrome. Kim did a great job and met my expectations for the price $50. The nail salon was clean and Kim did a great job with nail prep and finishing touches. I also didn’t expect but loved the hand, neck and upper back mini massage at the end. I will go again.

Regina Wilkins I went to Us Nails and had my gel x set soaked off and an acrylic manicure. Han was my tech and she did a great job! The acrylic is nice and thin and the almond shape is crisp. It’s gorgeous I love it!

Sandy A Made an appointment for pedicure and eyebrow wax. Had my pedicure then asked about eyebrows only to be told only one person can do them and I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I was already there for 90 minutes. No apologies only told its been a crazy morning. Pedicure was good. Terrible customer service.

L F I went to Us Nails about a month 4 weeks ago for a shelac manicure. I was very pleased with them and returned a couple weeks later to have them freshened up. The paint held up very nicely for those 2 weeks. I went in again on a Sunday. The following Sunday evening I noticed that they were already starting to chip. I called the following morning to let them know. I spoke to a woman at the front desk, told her the situation, and she essentially asked me if I wanted to come in for a full shelac manicure again or just a polish change. I told neither, I just wanted them fixed since I was just there and its only 3 or 4 nails . She proceed to tell me after 1 week there is a charge. I was shocked to hear that so I politely asked her" So what you are telling me is you only guarantee your work for 1 week?" There was dead silence on her end and then she proceed to tell me that it was over a week I waited. I told her it was by 1 DAY and they didnt start chipping until the 1 week mark literally last night so why would I have come in sooner if nothing was wrong with them? She asked to put me on hold. She then came back on the line and made the situation worse. She then told me, " Actually, we only fix nails at no cost after 3 days." I couldnt help but laugh and I asked her, " So now you only guarantee your work for 3 days, not 7?!" She said ," Yes". Needless to say, this place will not be getting my returned business and I feel other consumers should be warmed of this shady business practice that is not posted or discussed at any point. Stear clear and go to a place that values their customers and stands by their work! The 1 star is strictly for the hard-working and kind nail techs that probably get treated subpar too.

Heajin Chang I’ve been getting pedicures for many years but this place is my favorite! The salon is always clean and staffs are so welcoming! Huong is the sweetest nail tech I ever had and detailed oriented! Highly recommend if you are looking for quality and service!

Joanne Nguyen This nail salon is under new management so I decided to try them out. I was very impressed with how spacious, clean, and welcoming the salon is. I had builder gel done with cat eye hearts, which looked great! The picture doesn’t do it justice! Also had a pedicure and it felt amazing after I was done- like I was walking on clouds! They also offer a variety other services. Would highly recommend the Nail salon!! Can’t wait to come back!

Leslie Nicolette Cosmo Lux Nails & Spa in Fairwood is under new ownership. The new owner Ve (pronounced vee) was very sweet, shes done my nails before at another salon as an employee. Im happy to see that shes reached a goal of owning her own salon. She did a great job on my gel extension set, its basically GelX. I normally do it myself at home but it takes me a very long time. So this was a nice treat. I was surprised at all the services that they offer and its more affordable than other places that I have been to. They just gave the salon a face lift and brought in brand new pedicure chairs.

trancito garcia I was charge $135 for this look and it wasn’t what I asked for I said i like long nails with the ombré acrylic. My nails look to wide and I have paid $160 for better nails. The price for this is way too much for not having rhinestones. I have paid $90 for all black and red rhinestones. The first $135 Second $160 at another location 3rd $90 at the same location from before.

Juanita Diaz I’ve gotten my nails done from Miay and Thy since early 2000’s and they are by far one of the best nail designers in the Seattle/Renton area. They did fashion nails way before everyone else and continue to create works of art today. The staff at New York Nails and Spa are top tier and it’s a total experience with a relaxing atmosphere.

mutile musee I had a really good experience at Harmony Nails about a month ago. Went in for a full set. They gave me a realistic estimate of how long I would wait and fit me in promptly, which I appreciated. They were having a new years special for the month of January and I was told they do weekly specials throughout the year, so it was a lot cheaper than other nail salons Ive been to, but the quality was top teir. Ive been back since and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

jaamad est Got very bad service today. Will never go back. First i wanted mani and pedi but they didn’t understand. They just started with pedi. The water was too cold in the beginning but the lady kept in denying and said its too hot. Ruined my nails. Cut my skin instead of cuticles. Staff doesnt understand instructions and are rude in return. I asked for basic manicure and no color. They didnt even shine with buffer in end. On top of it. Even ask for tip. Which i gave because i felt bad pressing no tip.

Seaver Gottlieb I love coming here to get my nails done. I get acrylic with gel polish for $35, and it’s better quality than nails I’ve paid $75 for at a comparable salon. The 3rd pedicure is my favorite and exactly what I need after a long, stressful week. They are the best in the area and I promise, well worth the wait. I’ve been wearing acrylics on and off for the past 15 years, and this is by far the longest I’ve ever had nails last. I don’t understand how I haven’t lost one yet as I am an artist and duck owner, so long nails are normally not an option for me. They look fantastic and I get compliments on them constantly. The employees here are perfectionists, making sure I love the look and feel of my nails every time. Normally I stick to one person but every employee here is incredible and make me feel welcome. Tran, Tina, Kim, Andy, Tammy, are all so talented and genuinely care about their customers. The only downside to this place is seeing some of the other customers treat the employees here poorly. They work so hard here and treat everybody with respect and professionalism, regardless if that is reciprocated. Updated to add my favorite nails by Tran ❤️

Ana Maria I went here due to the reviews. Ive never gotten ombré nails and I saw that Teetee does them really well so I decided to come and I wasnt disappointed! She took her time to make sure all nails were equal and shaped correctly, and was very careful with the process! They also glow in the dark and I love them! Update: It is my go-to salon! I always recommend it and I love how my acrylics turn out every time! Very friendly people and amazing service. Here are some sets Ive had done.

Ashley Harper Best place I’ve gotten my nails done in Renton. I do acrylics and they never break!!!! Set after set, I do fills every 3 weeks and never had any break on me. Super easy to work with and talk to. I’m always a little particular about my nails and they’ve never made me feel bad for my special requests. One time I was on a tight schedule and asked if they could get it done in 30 minutes and amazingly they did! Could not recommend this place enough.
