Fleford Redoloza Ric was awesome! Im usually clueless when it comes to figuring out a haircut that works well with me. He did a rough cut to help me figure out a style that I was happy with, then trimmed up my beard to have it work well with my hair and face. Easily the best $35 I spent, and im definitely returning!

Viper Venom I found Cleaned Up on Google. I was going to go to a chain haircut place, but I am so happy I chose Cleaned Up! It was late in the day on Sunday & Ricardo had a customer. He was all smiles & said feel free to wait or come back. I stepped out for a bite & came back. He was finishing up the previous person & wound up staying a bit late to fit me in. Ricardo was friendly, happy & made me feel like I had been going to his shop for years even though this was my first visit. I am in town for a short time, but would recommend anyone trying Cleaned Up for all of your hair needs. They have a tv, pool table & kids area as well. Awesome setup & great service. Thanks again Ricardo & Best of Luck. Remember...your 30s will be as much fun as your 20s! Peace

Emanuel ochoa Ricardo’s shop is very well maintained! The barbers here are always very friendly and are knowledgeable. I often see fathers with their children here getting their haircuts. A great place to bring your family and get yourself tidy for any occasion.

Celene Franco I have had haircuts, perms, and hair color done by Jocey at Franco’s Beauty and I have to say it is the best place I have ever gone to! Jocey stripped the color out of my hair by bleaching it and I thought my hair was going to look and feel like dry noodles! I was very wrong she took care of my hair like nobody had before! I am very very delicate and sensitive when it comes to my hair and had never dared to change the color but she made me feel comfortable and confident! My hair looks and feels fantastic!

Diana Johnson Man this is why so many woman are doing their own nails. These are 2 days old and two have Broken off so easily I didn’t even feel it! You can clearly see how thin the dip layers are, she said I needed to pay more if I wanted them thicker! I paid $120 for these and a pedicure, why the heck would I need to pay more so they don’t break off 2 days in?! No thanks what a scam

cin .h_mo2 I went in today and I asked for a pedicure. They didnt clean or took off any dead skin. Also my nail gel polish wasnt on my nail all the way. I asked for my nails to be long and square. They kept cutting them down after I said no and then filing them and they didnt do anything I asked for. It was also the fastest pedicure Ive had and I supposedly paid for the highest pedicure. Not worth it

kylie not impressed. the picture on the left with the pink painted nails is the reference shape photo i gave to the nail tech. she asked me if a wanted the same length and shape and i said yes. the middle picture is what i got. they’re so tiny and they aren’t even close to what i asked for. the third picture is one of the nails up close, one edge is straight and the other one is more diagonal, not to mention the nails on the right hand and the nails on the left hand aren’t even the same length or symmetrical. i definitely won’t be coming here again

Jacob Collier My cousin got their hair cut and dyed here, and the results were fantastic! They got their hair cut and got a fashion color oil slick done. When I first saw them, I was so blown away that I immediately took a picture. Womens hair cut was 60, the special color job was 250, which Im told is a fairly typical rate. The service was so friendly, Im considering driving up there to get my hair dyed myself! (For the first time, I might add!) Kim specifically was fantastic, friendly, and attentive, in the way that I would work hard to find excuses to go back!

Brittnee Lommers The haircut was good and really fast. However, there were like 4 adults just sitting around that appeared to work there, but only one person cutting hair. And they each had a child with them that was just running around the salon. There were toys in a corner, which was nice, but they were completely covered in hair. One girl was climbing all over the cars you sit in for haircuts and no one was watching her. We were the only clients there. The Jeep we chose to sit in was also dirty.

Jackie Cone I really wanted to love this place. Ive heard and read great things about it but my experience was not that case. I do want to start off by saying I took my toddler in and he was not happy to start off with (hence the three stars). Check in was fine, not too long of a wait. When we were called back, the little jeep my little one sat in was pretty dirty. I understand its a hair salon and theres obviously going to be hair but between that and it actually needing a wipe down it was a little gross. The haircut starts and my little one is unhappy. I distract him by playing some coco melon. However, in general it seemed like the stylist was struggling. About 10 min later were off the chair, the stylist doesnt even wipe his hair down nor anything. So I ask for a towel, and she hands me a dirty one. I pay AND tip. I get back home and notice he has a bald spot on the back of his head and his edges are terrible. One side of his head is more trimmed than the other. Really sad and disappointed with the experience and haircut.

Shyla Hill Have used Monkey Dooz and specifically Rain to do my kids hair the last 2 years! She does great work. My kids are active and move a lot and she takes the time to to distract and re direct them to get them to where they need to be and gets their hair cuts done quickly and perfect. My kids always have an enjoyable experience and never sad to hop in the cars to get a cut from Rain. I learned at our last appointment that she’s even about 6 months pregnant and that baby bump didn’t slow her down, she did amazing!

Corazon N I received a facial service from Gabby as part of her Black Friday special. She was accommodating to a schedule change in my part and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I needed/wanted and did an amazing job! I am extremely happy with the service provided and my skin skill looks radiant over a week later! Oh, and her awesome personality was a plus! I will definitely be going back and have raved about her to several of my friends already.

Jenn Claypool I had an amazing experience with Gabby at Bare skin. I had a facial treatment for my inflamed red skin. My skin looked and felt so amazing when she was done. I had such relief with her Lavender jelly mask. She took her time and massaged my whole face. The whole experience was so relaxing. I woke up to almost no redness this morning with my skin looking and feeling so much calmer. I also love her cute and clean studio. I cannot wait until my next facial, thanks Gabby.

Taylor Steed Emma is the absolute BEST! She trims my dogs nails wonderfully and treats her dog’s dad like they go way back and is a good ol’ friend. Needless to say, if your animal needs a nail trim, Emma is IT!

Ivan Ivan Definitely recommend coming here for dog nail trims! I brought my senior client’s dogs, who were in desperate need of a trim. Even though their nails were very overgrown, the staff was kind and nonjudgmental, just happy they came in to get the care they needed.

Megan Phillips I cant say enough great things about this place! The technician was absolutely phenomenal with my two anxious large dogs. She handled them with such care and professionalism, making them feel safe and comfortable. She efficiently trimmed their nails and cleaned their ears without any issues. I was beyond impressed with her skill and patience. This was such a positive experience for both me and my pups, and we will absolutely be repeat customers. Highly recommend!

Roc My dog is not easy, they did a great job with her and I will definitely return. I would recommend this business to anyone whose dogs nails need clipped.

Melissa Pulido I have been going to this nail spa for many many years I’ve also taken all of my children all of my sisters my mother, who comes from Mexico and every year ask us to go see Kim and I referred anybody and everybody I can Kim and her staff go above and beyond all my expectations and she is wonderful when it comes to nail designs anything I can think of she can do and if I can’t think of anything, she always figure some kind of design to do and blows me out of the water every time I am also diabetic and she is very careful and cautious when I go she make sure that I am the most comfortable and she never hurts my feet the pedicure stations are always very clean. She goes above and beyond as far as cleanse leanness, I I will never go to another, nor will I trust anybody with my elderly mother or my children. I work two jobs, and I always have a hard time making it in but she always makes it possible for me to have the service that I need done even if it’s at the last minute. Eyebrows of both my daughter and myself were done by Kim and my nails as well.

Andie Zurbrick Kim was able to nail the look I was going for for my sons wedding. It took forever to find the shade I was envisioning, and she helped so much and was so patient. Bottom Pic is inspo. My mom also wanted "melted French tip ombre nails." Kim suggested the glitter powder, and my mom loves it!

Brie Woody Faith never fails to give me amazing hair! My hair feels so healthy and soft and the color is always exactly what I asked for. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to find a stylist who is easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about each of her clients. The salon gives luxury without feeling stuffy and uppity. They have delicious snacks and even offer flavored red-bull drinks saving me a stop at a coffee shop before my early morning appointments. My interactions with the other stylist and artists there were also very pleasant.

GM A La Mode Spa and Salon TriCities is by far top notch!! As you walk in the ambiance is so calming, serene and quiet. I recently had a massage from Valerie and she listened to my needs of areas to focus on. I came there stiff and left feeling as a whole new women. Relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to conquer the world. Absolutely highly recommended. Also they carry a line of Babor which is so satisfying and designed for ny facial skin needs. Babor is A+++ along with everyone I came in contact with. Out of this world customer service excellence! I have already scheduled another massage, next is a Facial. Everyone this is a must try if you havnt already!! Truly A La Mode TriCities is a Spa of a Gem! Thank you to the whole staff for the dedication of making my experience exceptional by far!

Rose B They are super friendly and always do a good job. My one suggestion would be that they get the plastice liners for their pedicure sinks. Most salons are going that direction for cleanliness sake and I believe theyd get more business for that small investment. Update: Last two pedis were frankly horrible. Not going back.

Linda Ault Dont usually need an appointment. They are stellar, been going to them for years. Wonderful ladies, most speak very good English. I travel from North Richland even tho other salons are closer. Highly recommend.

G Elli My 5 year old niece desperately wanted her nails done at a salon and these ladies were SO NICE! They not only gave her a mini mani and painted her nails, they gave her a flower design on her tiny thumbs and then only charged me a very small fee. I paid double because she felt so special. It was awesome.

Samantha Crespo They are great and always make my nails feel and look amazing - the lines are very clean and don’t go over my cuticles and my manicures have lasted at least 4 weeks with no lifting or chipping. Thank you for taking care of me last minute before my trip today :)

Dee I am so happy with Viva Nails and all the staff who work there! I had the best pedicure from Freddy who gave the best massage I’ve seriously ever had! Katy did my nails which were acrylic and introduced me to the Dip powder. I love them. She took her time as to not leave them too thick. I’ve had acrylic for well over 15 years and I’m sold on the Dip. I’m new to Richland and have tried 4 other salons since February. I’ve found my home at Viva Nails! So wonderful to finally find a nice salon with over the top nice staff! Thank you! See u in 2 weeks.

Heather Harshman Went in around 3pm for a fill. Not busy at all. Very friendly. The length and shape are exactly what I wanted. They all look even as well. Visit was quick but not rushed. She took her time and was efficient. I will be back!

Total $150 for 2 new sets of acrylic nails w/ gel polish (mom and daughter day) and 1 pedicure with gel polish as well!

casey gonzales Well. First of all i knew they were talking about me for changing my mind after she was out of the color marble nails i wanted. Made me uncomfortable and irritated. She jerked my hands and fingers the entire time. The glitter powder was so old its yellow compared to the display that was transparent - her nail work is great tho. Only plus.

Rayne Ensminger I went here for my wedding set and would say my experience was pretty good. The gal who did my nails was very nice and double checked with me between steps to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. My only complaint is that she was kind of rushing at the end of it and just ended up slapping on a glob of lotion and not messaging it in much which I found odd. There was also a bit of gel left on my fingertips but I just took care of that at home with some acetone. I would have just expected a bit more attention to detail for an $85 manicure. I would say 3.8/5 stars; could have been better, could have been worse.

A Jj Quinn is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she is by far the best nail tech!!! So creative, so talented, so sweet, and extremely accommodating. The salon is always so clean, the other techs are very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place! You want quality, book with Quinn!

Caitlin Nielson It’s a great budget option to get your nails done — at the end of the day, my pedicure looked nice (nail shape and paint), however they don’t really give a great “spa” experience. The foot massage was rushed and they don’t trim the toenails down the sides (to prevent / fix minor ingrown). Spent most of the time with my feet in the water waiting for the nail lady who then rushed through the appointment. They were pretty busy (even though we had appointments) so that may be why

Catrin L Single handedly the best place Ive ever had my nails done at. The service was faster and higher quality than any other place Ive been to. From walking in and out the door, it took about 60 mins for a removal and a new full set. Before she even added polish, I couldnt tell she my nail ended and the acrylic started. And not too thick. Just overall beautiful execution. Seriously, I have no complaints. AND it was only $45 in total before gratuity!

Stephanie Short I am from out of town so I chose to come here . I don’t know what happened but this is the absolute worst man/pedi I have ever had ! I feel like a 5 year old could had done better ! I am so upset that I even wasted 2.5 hours and 65.00 . It took everything I had to even pay for this! I have never left a review of a bad review . If it’s a bad experience I usually just leave it there . But this is in believable !? How am I seeing hood reviews ? I am not one to stalk bad about a business but it wasn’t just 1 of the ladies but 2 ladies . 1 did my pedi and 1 did my mani. No only have 1 star bc I had to I. Order to leave a comment ! I would give no stars and how are ppl happy with this place ?? I am just lost for words!

Kristen Turvey I have had my nails done a few times and for the 2nd time now Ive had them filled. I used to think they were ok but Ive changed my mind. They are dirty and if I wouldnt have pointed out that my nails were uneven and didnt have the same shape it wouldnt have gotten fixed because she didnt verify. I will be going somewhere else next time. 50$ for acrylics and 35 for a fill.

Marcie C After a couple of bad experiences with other salons I was hesitant to ever get acrylic nails again. After seeing the work from 4 Ever Nails on my friend I decided to give it a shot. Sunny did a beautiful job and I love how they turned out. And they arent thick and bulky like I had experienced in another place. They are very comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere.

Jocelyn This was the most terrible experience at a nail salon have ever had. I paid for a pedicure and it was really rushed and they did a poor job. The whole time the staff was being rude. It was so over priced. I will never go back and I suggest no one else does either
