Andy W. I really appreciate Ivory Dental!  My experiences there have been exceptional.  They are thorough yet accessible, and have taken very good care of me.  Everyone there is so kind and easy-going.  It really makes a difference when you dread going to the dentist. The in-house insurance they offer has definitely saved me money too.  I would recommend the team at Ivory to anyone.

Lisa Duarte Staff is always friendly and they take the time to explain procedures. I ended up having a tooth extracted. Even though the office was closed that evening, I was able to leave a message and the Dr. called me back and then followed up the next day. Excellent service!

Beth Anheier Always friendly and kind. Very responsive to patient needs (medication for anxious patients, positioning, treatment). The docs are young(ish), and very knowledgeable about the most up to date treatments, all equipment is the latest technology. We are very fortunate to have these guys in our small town.

Rebecca Hyland Great dental hygienists. They are pretty amazing. The front staff are also pretty amazing. The actual dentist is so so. Not always the friendliest or patient.

Karen Barnhart I have been a patient at Newport Dental for years and I absolutely love them! I am a VERY nervous dental patient. Dr. Mannross and his staff always make sure that I am totally informed of what is going on and comfortable. This is the only dental office that I ever returned to! From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, I am very well taken care of. Everyone is so patient with me! I HIGHLY recommend Newport Dental! Dr. Mannross and the ladies are amazing!

pat alexander Yes, they do have a lot of staffing issues. I have gone here since shortly after they opened. They were still working on the building on my first visit. Every time I have gone to an appointment, it is all new staff. I had seen Dr Tupper and talked about a treatment plan. Next time I went, Dr Tupper was gone. On one of my recent appointments, I was told they would not see me unless I paid $400 up front. I didnt have $400 in my pocket so I cancelled my appointment and left. I called the clinic when I got home to find out why they needed $400 to see me. They said because I owed them $900 from treatment several months ago. I did not receive an invoice, statements, phone call, or any attempt to let me know I had a balance...ended up being an insurance issue. Diane in billing office has told me twice she would do an audit on my account 3 months ago. I had broken a tooth and called clinic to see if they could look at my broken tooth. They told me to just come in. I was already in Newport and did not have time to drive home and brush my teeth and had just eaten breakfast. Tried to explain to Dr Russell but she dismissed me and shouted to the dental assistant in another room, "Oh my god!! Can you say impacted food? Can you get her in any sooner?" And she left the room. As the dental assistant took the napkin from around my neck, she told me I would need a crown. They scheduled me to have my broken tooth looked at for May 29th. I suspected the break was bad enough it may become painful. I asked if they couldnt get me in before that and they said, no. I just scheduled with another dentist to have my, now throbbing, broken tooth looked at. I am embarassed that I have recommended this office to family and friends. My sister went one time and said she will never go back. Beautiful facility...staff issues are a joke.

Thubten Puntsok Very nice facility. And friendly staff. I had no unpleasant instances or encounters with any of the people working there. Yes, they are under-staffed, but theyre working on it and likely doing the best they can with the resources they have. Very grateful theyre here and helping me to transition to their very cost-friendly services for people who struggle financially (like myself). Thank you all!
