Aaron Cain If you want all the stress and none of the service, you found the right place! Amazingly inconvenient and generally unpleasant! I don’t generally review services on google but this place is an exceptional experience and should be considered high art in its elevated approach to garbage customer service. I’m impressed more than anything.
Condescending staff, looked down their noses and in person or spoke down to me on the phone. I’m not a very fancy man, but Aberdeen isn’t know for our level of class, so I’d assume they were used to us locals.
Bad automated system that staff doesn’t pay attention to and barely works.
The first time they cancelled was because I didn’t respond “Y” quickly enough and never got a text response with the time and date, (it was a gift from my wife, so I don’t know the time or date and was counting on that…) but they confirmed my appointment and I was late, the second, I responded yes but they cancelled me because my “preferred” masseuse went into labor (I had no preference…) there were other workers available they just didn’t call them.

J T I was a little nervous and very tense but the atmosphere was very relaxing and surprisingly quiet, considering their location is on a very busy road. Emily was very professional, kind, and respectful! She made me feel more comfortable. It helped that she went into detailed explanation of what to expect, and she let me know that if anything hurt to let her know. It was a wonderful first massage, and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Emily!
