I’m new to the area and was looking for a dental office where the staff would take the time to really listen to my concerns and answer my questions — Mint Condition Dental exceeded my expectations. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and I. The turnaround time for an appointment was quick! Unfortunately my personal schedule change and had to cancel my appointment however I was quickly called to accommodate my needs! Everyone was kind, pleasant, and professional. The dental assistant and dentist were patient and thorough, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their gentle and thoughtful approach made the whole experience stress-free. I’m so glad I found this place and feel confident we’re in great hands!

Levi Quillin Mint Condition is an outstanding business. Every staff member was kind and considerate. Bethany gave us the tour and did my xrays, she was very respectful and understood our urgency and financial concerns. Dr Briggs is an incredible dentist and human being, he was so compassionate and sympathetic to our situation and helped explain what was necessary as well as future goals for long term health. Crystal Zook Cheney Dental Care went above and beyond! We got the same day service in an emergency, and the Dr. who saw us was gentle, professional, and asked questions to understand the situation. Highly recommend!

Toby Porch Just had an intake appointment which was scheduled only a couple days beforehand. The staff were nice over the phone, lenient when I was a few minutes late due to outside circumstances, and kind, friendly, and personable with me while I was there without getting bogged down in small talk. The medical advice was solid and honest without feeling judgmental, and the scheduling of the next meeting to talk finances and start treatments was quick and easy. Can definitely recommend to anyone looking for dental care here in Cheney, its also a very short walk from the EWU campus and the dorms and student houses if you happen to be a student.

wyatt olson Its been awhile since Ive been to the dentist. They were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Very thorough and explained everything to me. Plus they got an awesome saltwater tank.

Steve Hopkins I was looking for a new dentist near to me in Cheney. Dr Ridl came highly recommended from my wifes co-workers. I had planned for just a cleaning with his office a few months out. Well than certainly changed when I had ended up with a cracked molar. He was able to get me in right away. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. During the process he would ask me if I was doing OK. I was very pleased with all of the care and interactions of the staff. A pleasant surprise the morning after my procedure, Dr Ridl called me in person to ask how I was doing. I dont know about you, but I cant remember the last time any Dr has personally called me to ask how I was doing. I think I found my next new dentist!

Nick Hodge Fairly new to Dr. Ridl. Have had one cleaning. Office is clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Had a crown pop off recently that was put in by another dentist. They got me in the next morning first thing. Crown recemented, in and out in 30 minutes with a clear explanation of what he did and what the plan would be if it came off again.

Ashley Holliday Dr. Ridl and his whole team are awesome! I had a bad tooth ache (which ended up being a root canal) that started on s Saturday morning (go figure) and quickly escalated to misery by Sunday afternoon. I left a message and Erin the front receptionist called me at 5pm on Sunday to talk about getting me scheduled asap. I was called fit in the very next day at 8am. I am so grateful! If you have ever been in that situation it is SO painful. I cannot say how thankful I am. I recommend them 100%!

Grace Mulcahy I have got Invisalign here for a long time, and my teeth have had the best transformation! Not only is their work amazing, but the people are too, so kind and encouraging. Going to a dentist office is usually my least favorite place to go, but I would choose DaBell in a heart beat. Thank you guys for everything you’ve done for me and my new straight teeth!!

Dr. Chris Collins is absolutely awesome—professional, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making every visit comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease, which is huge for someone who’s always been nervous about dental appointments. The staff is equally incredible—super friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you walk in. They truly treat you like family! Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved, they go above and beyond to ensure you leave with a confident smile. Highly recommend Dr. Collins and his amazing team!

T Skornyakov Went in for check up and cleaning, I was told I needed a deep cleaning as I was developing periodontal disease (Ive always been told my gums were good, but thought maybe it was just my time). They told me the deep clean would be $400 and Dr. Collins would do a minor repair on my crowned tooth, Dr. Collins literally spent 5 mins with me and charged 200 to my insurance. Anyway, fast forward, they wanted to charge me an additional $150 for my cleaning, for a whopping total of $550, I refused. Not only was this charge not listed on the itemized proposed bill, they never once stopped during the procedure to obtain authorization for the additional charge (which was apparently to dip a qtip in an antibiotic solution and put it in between two of my teeth), had they done so, I would have declined and just used mouthwash when I got home. They also told me they were specialists for TMJ, talked big game, really appealed to my emotions as Ive struggled with it for more than 10 years, telling me I came to the right place to finally get some proper treatment. I had the assessment done by Dr. Collins and his answer was a $5k bite block to wear at night, not covered by insurance... seriously...the same treatment offered at every other dentist (but their bite blocks are covered by insurance). Im just flabbergasted by this office, the unprofessionalism, the snake oil sales tactics, and really toying with my emotions like they could help me...and it was all lies. I dont recommend this dentist. Btw, I have followed up with a new dentist who has told me I DO NOT have periodontal disease at all and I bought a cheap bite block at Walgreens for $10.

Leah Lien This is the absolute Worst Place you could go to, to get your teeth worked on!! The most inconsiderate, un friendly people, just down right horrible. They have given me problems every single time I’ve been, whether it’s billing issues, calling my teeth bad, shamming me for not having money for certain procedures or just being completely un professional.not to mention I’ve had to go back 3 different times for the SAME thing that they’ve continue to mess up every single time. Get a GRIP Collins, teeth are expensiveeee not everyone’s Got money laying around, especially in this economy!! You’re the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever met, I really hope people stead clear of this awful place and don’t send business your way!

Jesus Gonzalez Salena and Ashley were an amazing team. I could not have been happier with my visit today. I have been to the over-the-top dental clinics with free espresso and massage chairs but never felt welcomed and at ease as I did with these girls at Cheney Chas Dental. 5 stars and super impressed. I will be back for all of my future dental needs! Thank you so much Salena and Ashley!

Deanna Collins Would have left a zero, I visited the Chas dental office in Cheney. I was double-booked July 16 2024 and had to reschedule my appointment due to the receptionist scheduling two people at the same time for the hygienist. I wasted my time and gas. I had a second appointment on July 18th 2024, during which I was told I would receive crowns. This had already been discussed and planned. However, Dr. Zhou refused to do my crowns stating they did not do crowns. He aIso wanted me to have work done that I did not ask or need. I spoke to the office manager, Jennifer, who had a very bad attitude and acted like it was my fault that my scheduling and treatment plan were wrong and miscommunicated. They charged me but did not treat me. Dr. Zhou was extremely rude and showed no consideration for his patients. This office DOES NOT TREAT EVERYONE EQUAL AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY....

Angela Howes Very unprofessional!! My dad went in and scheduled an appointment for a specific doctor that was very helpful. Walked in for his appointment today and was scheduled with a different doctor, was sitting there waiting and watching people who came in after him go back, and then the doctor who was supposed to see him was standing up at reception for ten minutes talking with them instead of helping him. Dr. Chloe was the doctor by the way so I would seek somewhere else. Hopefully a place that actually wants to help people who are in pain instead of gossiping.
