    Brandon L: I keep getting calls and voice mail from this company, I have asked to have my number removed several times and they acknowledge that I have no account with them or that my number is in their system yet they continue to call. They can easily transfer me to their ITs to address the issue as they can place a block on my number but wont do it. I have blocked several different numbers that all return to this company with no end in site. Its OK for them to frustrate me with the continued calls, but when the tables turn and I spam them non stop they wont talk to me and hang up, why is it OK for them to do but not me? All of the managers there are worthless and refuse to escalate the issue any further than themselves.

    Smith Mrs: waited on hold with the mortgage department for a "10 minute" , starting at 4:15, P.M. waited for over half an hour, called my local branch 5 times and requested a call back at 430. No one answered at all or called back. Very disappointed, had questions that needed answered and had zero representation from my branch locally or not. I would give zero stars of that was an option. This is not the first time Ive tried to contact them by phone to get no response.
