The lady was rude to me, telling me that is her issue and hang up the phone. Unprofessional and rude. I am going to close my bank account there and my familys as well.

    Michael Workman: Long time one customer over 15 years at this branch. I recommend a checking and savings account for sure a great place to hold your money. However for loans I have found much better deals elsewhere and much better service too. Including my motorcycle loan and home loan Wells is not the fairest imho.

    Caleb Maxwell: I switched to this bank for my business, Teresa Hollenberry is AMZAING! She is wonderful at her job, she polite, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. She defiantly goes that extra mile for you! Im really loving the mobile business deposits and online apps, it makes managing my business so much easier, and to not have to waste 10$ in fuel to deposit a check is so great if i dont feel like driving into Stevenson is wonderful, and there mobile deposit is incredibly fast, if u make a deposit during office hrs!!! Im acutely grateful that the women at I.Q was so rude to me when trying to start a account there that I decided to walk out, because of that I got to go threw Teresa and have a wonderful experience so far. Thank you guys!
