P E: HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE company. We were with Grange insurance for DECADES, this Cross company took them over and it was nothing but headaches. Their customer service SUCKS, I recently asked to have our policies run through their other options due to the high renewal we received and I was told my "rep" would be running quotes and get back to me. I waited 9 days with no call back. Called back in and she acted as if I was bothering her, then proceeded to pretend like she ran them and just brushed it off as we had the best company already (without providing ANY actual numbers AT ALL). Absolute horrible customer service, needless to say I ran my own quotes and saved a ton of money, then we left this place in the dust. I feel for those having to deal with this place.
