1 /5 Elliot Perez: I have never before left a bad review on any platform before. If I could rate 0 starts I would. I have a membership with anytime fitness and my main branch is the Pasco Wa location. My girlfriend lives in Moxee so we use this branch when I’m in town. We both have active memberships. We went in one night and she forgot to scan in and we just went inside. Due to that this branch decided it was a good idea to ban me from entering anytime fitness. After I talked with an employee , he told me they verified both of our accounts were active but there’s nothing he can do. He allowed to me to workout while he talked with his manager. He then came up to me and said his manager needed me to pay $50 if I even wanted them to try and contact corporate and unban me. Thanks to them I am not allowed to enter my Pasco Location either because my accounts been locked out of all gyms. All because of their own mistake. On top of that after talking with my branch management they told me there was no reason to be charged $50. These people robbed me of my money and on top of that have done nothing to fix the issue.
