5 /5 Dave: Won a SS disability case for us. Very straightforward and not just looking for a guaranteed winner like some we contacted. Two other attorney said we didnt have a case. Even if you have been told NO I would take the time to contact him for an evaluation.

1 /5 Witchdoctorcrypto: If your looking for someone who is condescending, short, a poor communicator and unprofessional then this is the guy for you. Clients are supposed to feel like they can trust there attorney and when you call and dont get calls back or email and no reply its definitely breaking down the trust. I had to dismiss James because of the demeanor in witch he spoke to me and how anytime I brought up a issue it was always placed back on me. His lack of respect and compassion is appalling. Dont make the same mistake I did find someone else.

1 /5 Quiana Garlin: I’d give a 0 if that was an option. He is extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. He talks to clients with no respect. Doesn’t communicate about case and never received ruling or anything letting me know outcome of case. He was very argumentative with the judge in a very disrespectful manner had my jaw-dropping. And of course, lost my case. Afterwards he stated he needed to go have a drink. I wanted representation that looked like me, what a mistake. I’ll never hire someone based off that ever again. Lesson learned.

1 /5 Eric Mulvahill: If you looking for an attorney that. Only out for the payday this is your man. He takes his fee before expenses first then you pay all cost. If you don’t mind splitting your award down the middle he has you covered If you looking for sombody that sucks all the money outa your claim then dips out then this were you need to be high. And dry If you want to have communication then don’t come here And if you want sombody to stand up and fight for your right don’t call here I wish I hadn’t called him I’ve never dealt with such a shady attorney in my life

1 /5 Genevieve Schofield: Do not trust your disability case with this lawyer. He lacks the ability to communicate and to show empathy towards those with mental disabilities. In fact he talks down to those he feels he can take advantage of because of the disability. He does not return phone calls, or include the client in communications with the court proceedings.
