Not only did she help me in realizing that I was paying too much, but while reducing my monthly rate and making a seem less transition from my previous provider to State Farm, while explaining the discounts and options to me we also managed to snag some renters insurance AND Life insurance, ALL for less than what I was paying for just my car insurance originally! The experience was great, she was diligent on responding quickly and despite some scheduling issues on my end we managed to find a time to call and she was friendly, approachable, and the atmosphere of the call was comfortable and friendly!
