1 /5 Hope Risling: UPDATE: Kelli told me there was absolutely nothing she could do for me before and that I had no chance at winning at all. I WON MY CASE!!! So go with your gut and do not leave your loved ones life in her hands. She does not care!!!! Run away in the other direction and do not look back. If you want to be forced to “settle” or bullied into taking a “deal” from the opposing party than look no further. Kelli WILL NOT fight for you. She doesn’t like to litigate. She does not want to go to court. She is lazy and even if you have a strong case to fight she will tell you that there’s absolutely nothing she can do for you and that she would be happy to keep taking your money but that’s it. She told me if I didn’t make a deal with the opposing party and if I decided to fight the motion in court, she would not represent me. I went with my gut and hired a new lawyer and immediately felt better just after the consultation. Within a few hours of retaining my new lawyer my case was immediately turned around. This woman does not care about you or your people you’re trying to protect. She is trying to retire and wants an easy buck. Do not trust her with your loved ones life.
