They raised our rates over and over again despite never having a single claim. Our SF agent/office was always slow to respond and often couldnt answer basic questions about our policy or insurance in general. Ashley taught me more over a 10 minute phone call than our SF agent had over years - yes, years. Maybe Im just getting old... I never thought Id be writing a glowing review for an insurance company... but working with someone like Ashley makes you realize what a difference a knowledgeable and courteous person can make. Progressive inspector did not show up and turned it around that I missed my appointment. So unprofessional.
