    Ashley Gibbs: They seem to know what they are doing, however, the work load may be too much for each lawyer. Ive been working with them for about 9 months on getting my parenting plan modified. It took about 5 months just to get my ex served, and Im still waiting on getting the modification sent to me to review and be filed. Its very hard to get ahold of anyone and they rarely call back even when you are added to the "call back list" For the amount of money Im spending I expect to see more progress, but progress is slow and unknown to myself.

    All about The truth: Extremely unhappy with this public defender and the services I was given. Did not feel cared about at all. Very disappointed and wish I could have been given someone who actually cared about me and my situation rather than someone who just viewed me as another criminal even though this was my first ever offense. So much for being allowed to defend yourself on your own property. WA laws have gone to crap. All it takes is a situation like I am going through to make someone completely give up on their life. This has screwed me and if I could have gotten a better public defender, it could have gone so differently. I wasn’t advocated for but rather was advocated against and public defenders are supposed to have your back, not the prosecuting attorneys back.
