1 /5 Yasser Hassan: Very bad customer service price not guarantee bunch of fly misleading. They talk to you about price a month later to receive the different price. and he tried to get to someone they bought you in a circle really bad experience very poor never go back to them again

She is flawless at what she does and always puts customers first. Weve had multiple cases where time-sensitive issues came up, and she made it stress-free to work through. Truly the best agent Ive worked with, and I absolutely recommend working with Kelli :)

1 /5 Oceana Alday: I was with Cover Insurance for many years and did recommend them but I personally wouldn’t anymore. One of their employees told me that they would put a pause on my automatic billing because I was in the process of finding a new insurance broker in the state that we moved to. It wasn’t the case and I still got charged from my insurance company that they found a rate for me. I’m out of $160 when I’m unemployed because I was lied about Cover being able to put a pause on my payment while finding a new insurance broker.
