5 /5 Caroline Meagher: Joined in my second trimester of pregnancy and the coaches scaled everything to ensure I was safe and still getting a good work out in! A lot of new moms and other pregnant women working out alongside you! Wish I had found them sooner! Excited to come back after I have my baby and work through scaled postpartum workouts with the coaches. Great community and couldnt recommend more to pregnant women looking to workout safely!
