5 /5 Jason Cameron: I dropped in at Training Day for two days in July. The owner was super accommodating, and the coaches and athletes were very welcoming and illustrated a great community. The box was set up great with everything you need. If I lived in the area, it would 100% be my home gym!

5 /5 Jordan H.: CF Lacey Training Day is our box away from home box when we visit the area thanks to Melissa and team. Every time we have gone to the gym, the staff (coaches to participants to owners) has always made us feel at home. The programming is solid and their coaching is top notch (last time there with DeAndre - coaches great technique and has a calm disposition). Also - their tees are some of the most comfortable we have bought (and nice design). Thanks.

5 /5 Luis Tolentino: Ive been to a handful of boxes throughout my life, & this has been (As a whole) the nicest, most approachable group of coaches & members Ive ever met at a CrossFit gym. I never got to meet the owner in person, but she gave me a great deal since I was visiting for the holidays. Just a good group of ppl that are rare to find from my experience. Would recommend to anyone at any level!
