1 /5 No More: Disappointing and discouraging. Sent an email July 28th requesting a consultation. No reply. Spoke with receptionist on July 31, left message for call back. No reply. Called again on August 3rd, spoke with receptionist who tried to connect me with Derek. He was unavailable. Was told he would call me later in the day. Shortly thereafter received a brief email that he wasnt taking on any new landlord/tenant clients. I only requested a one hour meeting to get some answers to questions. In my opinion, very unprofessional.
