1 /5 Julie Butler: Took a week to respond to my email. Couldnt leave a voice message, the mail box for that number was full. Guess they are so fabulous they need to hire more help. I didnt bother to call back. They said I didnt need to unless I hadnt found anyone else. Not impressed.

They didnt care that my apt smelled like sewer, once I notifed the AG they started coming out in the middle of the night to try and fix the BROKE SEWER LINE under the apt nextdoor. I had all the photos I thought I needed, but when I called Ben for a consult he IMMEDIATELY came over and assesed the problem himslef and started helping with the appropriate legal procedures. He helped me move into a new home and was able to settle my claim and forced them to completely fix the isse.
