    Brandy Bear: My daughter received the iconic bow ring as a gift and the ring was to big I called and had the ring placed on hold in the right size we had our reciept. So we went in and the lady was so rude and disrespectful she said that the ring was to worn to exchange it which is not true. I bought my daughter a charm for Christmas that said on it slightly used has been returned as is. The lady was tall with shaved sides. I’m upset because I’ve spent a lot of money with pandora and to be treated less then is very upsetting.

    Elizabeth Kowalski: Theyre good I do like getting items at their store but I would be cautious of some of their clothing, bought a friend a dark orange dress I got for myself in a different size, because she loved how it looked on me, (an XL for me and for her an XLL). Unfortunately the first try on for her dress she noticed that the side of the dress near the cleavage area that the dress was missing the seams at the edges and the rope to tie up the top of the dress broke off. I included the video down below with her in the process of attempting to repair the dress. Just a warning to check the product before perchance, other than that, the ladies had great customer service 2 and a half out of 5 stars for me.

    Gracie Huberty: A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

    Tifni Wood: I have been driving past this place for a long time, always saying I should stop. I finally did last week, and what a fun place!! There is so much to look at! They have an awesome plant selection, and its chock-full! My favorite! Highly recommend grabbing a friend, your mom, or sister and plan for fun shopping experience! The staff were all so friendly, too.

    Johnny Findley: Misty is an amazing person. Went to her shop and purchased some amazing stones and crystals. I came across a piece of vivianite from another shop. I asked if she was able to turn it into a pendant for me. She said she could. I told her I wanted to purify it first on my own since it needed it greatly. After I purified it, she put more loving, positive energy into it. I couldnt be any happier with her work. The copper wrap with the red leather cord truly brings out its radiance. With such an odd shaped chunk, she worked her magic. Misty has a customer for life. She is truly a gem.

    Kyle Cummings: Came in looking for switch joysticks for my friends birthday, and I saw on their website that the joysticks were $34.99, but when I entered the store they were labeled as $54.99. Aaron noticed a price tag error on another set and decided to help me out and price the controllers at the online inventory price. He was very polite and immediately acknowledged the error on the price tag. Best service Ive had yet in this store!

    Deb V: Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!
