1 /5 Jerry Lamb: Been a loyal customer for over 40 years. Had wind damage to my roof. No field accessor for 3 weeks. When one finally did show up he was on drugs and didnt know why he was there. Didnt look at damage but still wrote a fraudulent, fictitious assessment for only $600 damage. I had six roofing companies tell me the roof needed replaced. Fryers said their hands are tied and cant do anything about Safeco/Liberty Mutuals horrible handling of my claim. Never ever use Safeco/Liberty mutual they are scammers. Now my wife and I have to use our savings and wonder what our insurance is good for.
