    Willis kerzman: U.S bank is a very frustrating place to bank. I personally bank at Chase. The gals that work there are all nice enough BUT, 9 times out of 10 your wait for service is slow as molasses. The last 5 times Ive had to make a deposit there the first thing Im greeted with is Sorry for the wait. That should be the motto at the Ephrata US Bank is we will make you wait, but then well apologize when you finally get service, so, Sorry for the wait. On top of that they cant even split a deposit, they use to be able to and all other banks can but not Ephrata US Bank anymore.

    Cole Cameron: Really considering changing banks..... Small town with low covid, Branch closed with a sign stating that the ATM is open, but here it is a month later still broken. Thanks Chase, now that your phone app wont work on my 2 year old phone because it needs the newest OS, I have to drive 30 minutes to make a deposit. Why is the ATM not fixed? I mean you have all my money to use to fix the damn thing. Dont bank with Chase.
