Jessica Erickson: Unfortunately a terrible experience for my spouse and I. We were looking forward to working with a trusted family friend but unfortunately she went out on leave (no fault of hers). We were forgotten about so it resulted in us filing late and then we were told the initial wrong amount that we owed. To add further insult to injury, our invoice (which had absolutely nothing broken down, mind you. I am still waiting on cost breakdowns) was astronomical. Zero price transparency. I have talked to multiple people and everyone has said we were taken advantage of. Also an extremely unprofessional person works the front desk. Please avoid this place.

Online and mobile banking is excellent. I can only recommend incorporating more Spanish-speaking staff. I will always stay with this bank because it is the main one of my personal operations.

The sale of our home did not go smoothly. Jennifer never gave up on us. She worked three times as hard as she probably usually does, and did it with a smile. We communicated late at night, on weekends, you name it. I highly recommend PRMI and Jennifer in particular.

Dominique Rasmussen: So Im moving out of there place and the matenince lady thinks she can walk into anyones apt whenever she wants and the landlord does nothing about it and if you need something fixed they will not fix it and when I first moved in I was getting borke into the person was going through the windows and I had let them know that the windows werent locking properly they did nothing until I made a police report and they treat you like you are a child when talking to them they also if you move out call my mom instead of getting ahold of me when it has something to do with my apt they havent even tried to get my number Im just all around mad at there service not recemend if I could I would give no stars
