    Lauren Kottwitz: The actual teller here was very nice and patient and working as quickly as she could. The rough part was watching the guy at his desk do other work, and watching (apparently a manager) sneak upstairs by elevator instead of helping the solo teller. I was in line for 20 minutes. Maybe downstairs guy was finishing a loan or something, but Mr. Boss man cant deposit a check? Again, of they moved this branch into a reasonably-sized space, maybe they could afford to hire another *useful* employee.

    Jon: Already wrote a review so dont want to write that whole novel again but heres the quick run down, My father was a client here since you had to have a family member or be employed by Boeing to even be a customer with BECU going on 30+ years, well bout a month in a half ago my dad had a couple fraudulent charges on his account (dad Bio: 70, retired cause of stroke and was the hardest working man I know) and so he had to get a new card twice, he order twice on Amazon literally the first and last time he did and so because of that BECU closed his account because of fraudulent activities basically saying my dad is a criminal and was doing shady stuff with his account, oh hes had two mortgages, numerous car loans that have been completely paid in full on time, credit lines and all never have had one delinquent charge on them, they didnt even give him a chance to even talk about it , it literally took me causing a stink on here to get even a slight response and the one I got was the typical Im very sorry we will look into it, well I never even got a response from them secondary response, and the one I did was basically the same thing and after that I tried calling numerous times and I couldnt get a answer from anybody, so now from all that he has had to open another account at different bank and had to wait a month and a half to get his social security switched over because it takes that long to change over and his line of credit hes had to pay back in full which was 6K and he doesnt have that hes living off his meager social security so if youre looking into opening account with BECU I would highly think twice about it because this is by far the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of any bank doing something like this to a customer that has had over 30 years of business with them with an absolutely no blemishes on their accounts, he said he just got tired and said screw him and hes just going to change his accounts but shame on you BECU, shame on you..

    Marina A: Excellent service and assistance. Rakia was very friendly and professional!! Recently I applied for a credit card and received it. After using the card online, it was locked. I called to customer service and tried to reactivate the card but they couldn’t do anything over the phone. So I went to this office and Rakia solved the problem without waiting time.     C H: Nice facility. Wish the customer service can match. we stopped by this branch because we were in the area. Turns out this was the worst service we’ve experienced at any WaFed branches. There was no customer waiting at the time. But I had to wait a good 10+ minutes to be served. And their computer was running very slow. The cashier was not courteous; unlike other branches.
