Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Renton Vlad: Terrible Service – Avoid This Bank!
At first, they told me they could process my transfer, then they said they couldn’t. Later, my money disappeared from my account entirely. When I escalated the issue to the branch manager, he refused to help, and only after 30 minutes of me insisting did he finally sit down at a computer—and, surprise, everything worked, and I was able to complete my transaction!
Because of this incompetence, I almost lost a $600,000 deal. I have been a loyal customer of this bank for years, but after this experience, I am definitely switching banks. If you’re considering opening an account here—think twice!
