    Victrinia Ridgeway: Getting a handwritten letter (a long one at that) from our financial advisor... along with a detailed retirement plan outline and other financial service assessments was pretty special. I have to say... getting to know him and his listening deeply to us is the most high-touch financial experience Ive had so far... and I trust him. Scott Davis from Edward Jones in Shelton is awesome. Eric and I drive an hour to see this man... hes pretty epic! Hes like having a finance guru and life coach all wrapped up in one.... and hes patient, and kind... a real treasure. I seriously cant remember the last time I got a handwritten letter from someone who wasnt my spouse/partner. lol Call him.

    HARVEY Hazen: At this point I am not a happy client. We have had appointments both my wife and I for over 3 months. Today when we arrived for the appointments the person sitting at the window doing checking had her mouth so full of food she could not talk for some time. She sat there looking at the computer turned and talked to somebody else and finally said you can see a different Dr.. an hour later. When I said both my wife and I have appointments she said oh even though I had said that previously. I said whats the problem to which she responded your Dr. isnt in today. We had gotten a reminder call a day ago which I asked why. She ten told me they had changed computer systems and everything had changed. When I inquired why we hadnt been notified she said it was to complicated. Not very professional.

    Anthony Hamilton: I had a simple request to move my car payment date two weeks ahead so it’s not falling on the same day as rent and I’m not being two weeks behind every single month and apparently that’s to much for them to do all they can do is move backwards and make me more in debt with my monthly payment. They are extremely frustrating and very difficult to work with.

    Nicole Jaramillo: Zero stars wasnt an option for this review but ZERO is absolutely my level of satisfaction. This is hands down the WORST bank Ive ever experienced. Nobody knows anything about anything. My card is constantly being blocked without my knowledge or request. From the second they took over wonderful Columbia Bank - its been a nightmare and currently trying to close my account continues to be AWFUL!!!!

The last 3 tax filing periods, we have had to have extensions filed, even though they had all pertinent information they needed to do our business tax filing and then provide us with our K-1s for personal filing. Each time we reach out asking questions, takes a long time to get a response and when we do get a response it is very vague.

    Christina Huestis: Very terrible experience. They are helping a family member who is in desperate need of mental health help and he meanwhile without me knowing is slandering my name. I call there and talk to his helper who is in fact incredibly rude and raised voice at me to let me know that family member is in charge of their own life! Okay I was calling to inform them he desperately needs mental health help. She was rude and screamed I can’t give legal advice. I wasn’t asking for. When I called and asked to talk to the director the person on the phone said “Why?” “ What do you want?” She finally said well I want to call and talk to her first , then I will see if she will call you! What kind of unprofessional conduct is that?This family member is literally threatening me and others and I’m calling to give them information. Why be so bad to me? I have dealt with Community action several times over twenty years. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. When someone with mental health issues has no place at all to go at all. None of the Family will take them in. There is a reason. In this case several. Until person gets help from licensed professional they cannot be helped. I was polite not rude . I was simply stating the facts . Trying to ultimately help my loved one.
