    Jason Shields: They have zero after-hours support for security-related issues. During hours of operation, one can expect to hold for 4-6 hours, no b.s. Its almost unbelievable to type, I can assure you its real, sadly. Im on hold IRL right now, 60+phone, 30+online chat. They also suffer from extensive cybersecurity threats and fall victim to them multiple times yearly. This indicates a clear failure to learn, address, and evolve. The attack surface remains the same and they do nothing. I have had my card that is never used and locked up call me to verify a purchase 3-4 times a month. This requires replacement each time obvi, the fishing emails and call impersontions remain cant stop but they love target this company because the backwoods 2010 infrastructure. Lack of a separate center for anything other than general banking is unacceptable. They need an audit. Either something massive will happen and force their hand, or customers can start closing accounts and refinancing loans out of the bank. Forcing them to go out of business or adapt. Still on hold.........

    T Jones: Terrible customer service. The manager wouldnt accept a personal check my mom wrote to me. Shes been banking with them for 40 yrs. I complained about a fee, and they made the check void and lied about numbers not matching. Basically destroyed the check to inconvenience me.
