She shopped around to several carriers to “insure” (pun intended) that we got the very best rate possible. She also made sure that we weren’t paying for any options that we don’t need. We aren’t over insured or under insured. Highly recommend.

I called into epic and was transferred to Gretchen, she was able to check my policy and collect my information and start the process of a claim. She was awesome!
