We specialize in strength and conditioning workouts that can be scaled to fit all experience and fitness levels. We also offer youth training, yoga and a free to the community co-op style run club." At EVOLVE Strong Fitness, we believe in working hard, but doing so intelligently. We believe in loving where you are at today, but pushing yourself to be better tomorrow, and enjoying the journey along the way. Our workouts are great, and our community is even better! EVOLVE is a place to find community, friendship and a place to belong.

5 /5 I Come From The Mountain: Evolve is fun! If you live in the Tehaleh neighborhood this is a great group to join and get to know your neighbors. Evolve has a great atmosphere, they accommodate everyone at every level of fitness. I enjoy working out with a big group of people and having a fitness plan that works. Evolve is a mix of cardio and weight thats really well balanced. Every workout leaves me tired and feeling accomplished.

Jaclyn and the rest of the coaches are supportive, motivating, and welcoming. I was so nervous walking into my first class three years ago and now I’m absolutely hooked. 5 /5 Vanessa Stevenson: I cannot say enough good things about Jaclyn and what she has created with Evolve Strong Fitness! I was always one to shy away from group workouts because I never felt like I was in good enough shape to keep up. It was intimidating, especially when you’re overweight and out of shape. The minute I walked up to my very first workout I was greeted by name by one of the coaches and several other members that I didn’t know did the same. It was a huge relief. I won’t lie, my first workout was tough, and I pushed myself hard, but it was so rewarding. I woke up the next day and wanted to go back. I have been both an in person and virtual member for two years now. I have seen my body and my fitness capabilities change in ways I couldn’t imagine. I feel a true sense of community and support from other members and especially the coaches. If you are hesitant to join, feel uncomfortable in your own skin, and worry that this is not the place for you, then you’re just like I was, and I encourage you to give Evolve Fitness a try. It’s changed my life!!
