1 /5 Douglas Dickson: Told me I could get a refund on my cancelled policy, which I asked for. Weeks later "oh we dont pro-rate life insurance". Not even an apology offered even though they had *in their notes* that I was given bad information, and had been told I was eligible for a refund. Poor customer service.
