My experience has been very positive as they have helped me bundle a different variety of insurances to get the best rates. At one point there was a hiccup with the billing and my Rep. Jen, was able to rectify the situation swiftly and remove the fees that had been applied due to the computer glitch. They are a wonderful team and are very responsive and helpful.
