I have had many agents with different companies call but since I dont answer out of area or unknown calls I was very impressed and appreciative that Ryan left a message with actual helpful information and followed up with a text message. He was very willing to deal with me through text which was beneficial to me because it makes it easier for me to understand if I see something in writing than to try and retain all the information in my head.
