You are placed on hold for long periods of time with wait periods of an hour.The call back service never calls back. If there were anything below 1 star, theyve earned it

1 /5 Ellen Burns: They did not explain the terms of our policy.Which now I fully understand the reason why So after 30 years of having the same policy there is no accumulated funds and the monthly rate has almost tripled.

1 /5 Ruie Washington: They are awful I paid my sons ins. In sept.of 24 cleared my bank Oct. 2 24 it wasnt do till Dec. 22 24 they have canceled him because I paid .50 to much and I have tried to talk to them they wont give me my money back I would not recommend them.
