1 /5 Emilee Rian: Renee is horrible to speak to and extremely disrespectful from the moment she answers the phone. 0/10. She is quick to scream at people in almost a harassing matter. The other gentleman was very kind and prompt i assisting with my situation. 10/10 for him.

After looking at the reviews Im not surprised that this establishment has such a low rating. Maybe if they hired someone with some decorum to answer the phone, this place of business would not have such a horrible review.

1 /5 Mel B: I would give ZERO STARS if I could! Never have I EVER experienced the incompetence I have with this company. 1st of all, they gave me an offer to settle my account. I counter offered a lump sum, this company said they would have to discuss with my bank. Meanwhile a tow truck shows up to repossess my vehicle. No paperwork no information, just some person shows up to take it. I called them back and told them I would agree to the terms, and all of a sudden that offer was not available. I tried again to negotiate, the person refused to respond to my calls for 2 wks. Meanwhile the bank refused to talk to me, the repo company wouldnt tell me who ordered the repossess because apparently the offer they gave me was NEVER APPROVED to be offered? whole situation was a cluster f!@# Meanwhile I took that lump sum, hired a great attorney and STILL have the vehicle! Fight back folks!
