5 /5 Donna Sonoda: Had some jewelry pieces that needed to be repaired. The first place (I wont name) didnt do a good job, and the stone needed to be remounted onto the Earring. Saw the positive reviews for Fircrest Jewelers, so decided to try them instead. Im so glad that I found them! Their prices are very reasonable. They reset the stones (for my mothers ring and my childs earring) beautifully. They also took the time to clean all the pieces so they sparkle!! I was able to buy larger stud earrings backings since the original ones that came with the earrings were teeny tiny. Will definitely be returning to Fircrest Jewelers for all my jewelry repairs. Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood Jewelers!

He reported to me that they were questioning him where he got the watch from (because it’s an expensive Michele Watch) and he responded that he bought it for my birthday a few years ago from Costco!!!! They continued to ask him strange questions aside from suddenly a person “shadowing” him in the store while he was waiting. Mind you, he purchased a few jewelry pieces there before, years ago. Although I understand that they must be careful due to theft, but I am disappointed in the way they handled his visit. Good job on the battery replacement but not customer service. Trust me, we will not be back for jewelry or battery replacement!

I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.
