1 /5 Lainey Downs: As a seller this title company did not get back to us for 3 days at the call back number given by them in their message to us. We had to contact our realtor to get a response back. They brushed it off telling us no problem as our resort town condo address was only less than an hour away from their office. This was on a Friday at 1 pm. They assumed we lived at the condo we sold. Reality was were at minimum 4 hours or more away from their office that closed at 5. And although my husband would be home the next week I had a planned out of state trip the next morning for over a week. This ended up costing us over $300 in extra homeowners dues and property taxes had we been able to sign the paperwork when it was ready 2 weeks prior to my return from my trip and a Veterans Day Holiday no less.

1 /5 Lisa S: Should’ve read the reviews. I had to hire a real estate attorney and they said they never use First American because of issues. Use CW or Pioneer. Trust me. We had an easement through public land and 3 other companies found it, yet somehow Hannah couldn’t. She also said we didn’t have an easement and then two other companies in town said we did. She wasted my time and money.

5 /5 Clint Williams: Hannah Rayfield and the rest of the team there at First American do an excellent job. Ive worked with them on numerous occasions and they always go above and beyond to make sure they get it right.
