5 /5 April Peterson: Went it with a necklace that lost a link( I didn’t not purchase from them). I asked how much to fix the necklace, it was very important to me. I didn’t get his name, but the very helpful went back, and fixed my necklace, in less then 5 min. He didn’t even charge me. In the past my husband purchased a diamond for me from them and said they were very helpful and was pleased with their service.

My wife was not only shocked and extremely impressed buy the gifts. But I was extremely impressed by Sandys effort to not only gift wrap them and separate wrapping paper but to also take the time and type a personal note in each gift.
