1 /5 Kathi Carlyle: Mr. Gilbert changed my Dad’s durable POA from me to my sister, who has been on disability for nearly a decade for HD a degenerative brain disease that robs you of you critical thinking skills and gets worse over time. Mr. Gilbert never contacted me and I am just finding out about this 2 years after ….due to my own investigation. My sister has been blocking me from any access to my Dad over these last 2 years. And I still haven’t seen him. My sister sold his house last year according to Zillow. Dad has severe dementia. Sorry Dad. We tried to put protections in place … but… This lawyer is UNETHICAL. BE WARNED PUBLIC!!!

rebecca sarver: They lie lie lie! Their commercial explicitly say if you were injured from shrapnel from airbag, received stitches, etc... they will represent you. Its a lie! My son was in a wreck. The metal disc that held the airbag in the steering wheel shot out and cut his face. He did receive stitches and frankly was traumatic to him. Morgan and Morgan didnt take the case. They lie! I guess they didnt see enough $$$ for their wallet. If it isnt a high dollar settlement, they walk! Ill be spreading the word on X, FakeBook, etc...

Douglas Lindhorst: I just stopped in their office today (I was having some phone troubles) to make a future appointment to get some advice on transferring some property into my daughters name. Mr. Blougouras ended up coming out to talk with me for about 20-mins, and gave me some great advice and a number of things to consider. As a result, I had all of the information that I needed and would not need to return for a future appointment. I offered to pay for the consult and Mr. Blougouras said that there was no charge. In todays society, that blew me away. Mr. Blougouras and his staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional; and they are obviously not out to nickel and dime you for higher fees. I can see why they have so many 5-star reviews. I will be returning when I am ready to update my family trust.
